I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my wife. We recently purchased a Leisure Travel Van Wonder RTB from Fretz. Our saleswoman was Mary Stevens. We met Mary at the 2023 Hershey RV Show, where we were doing research on purchasing an RV. Immediately Mary struck us as a warm, trustworthy and very knowledgeable RV salesperson. She took the time to learn about our interests, lifestyle and budget. Mary guided us through the many questions we had, not only answering them but also making important suggestions which ultimately led us to deciding on the model we selected. Because of supply chain issues and the meticulous manner in which this particular brand of RV is manufactured, we were told we would have to wait approximately 18 months for delivery. Mary stayed in contact with us throughout this entire time frame, answering all of our questions, ensuring that we were satisfied with our selections and updating us regularly. When the time came for delivery, Mary once again came through with flying colors. She provided us with a 3+ hour presentation, covering every aspect of the vehicle, answering questions and just providing us with an overall feeling of comfort as we began our ownership. Purchasing an item such as a luxury RV is a complex process, one that can create as much anxiety as it does joy. Mary was the perfect person to help us undertake such a big decision. Dealing with Mary, never did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Each part of the process was met with support and clear communication. Mary assured us she would be with us every step of the way and beyond. And true to her word, on several occasions since our purchase, we have contacted Mary on her personal cell phone and each time responded within minutes to help us resolve our problem. We could not be more happy with our choice of RV, RV Dealership in Fretz RV and of course, with our fantastic saleswoman, Mary Stevens. We are looking forward to our continued relationship with Mary as we will be having all of our service needs taken care of at Fretz. We highly recommend Mary and Fretz RV!

This place is a joke. We were Dave promised a call back ASAP.interested in a coach that we located on their website. My father called and was put in contact with a salesman named Dave. For several days (more than a week) my father tried to get in contact with him. Left a ton of voicemails that were rarely responded to. Finally Dave and my father connected and were in the process of trying to Work out a deal. Not once did Dave ask for a deposit on the coach. Yesterday afternoon Dave and my father talked and Dave was "Supposed" to be speaking to the seller (the coach was on consignment) as well as speak to his manager to finish the deal. Dave promised a call back ASAP. Meanwhile my father got on the website to show me the coach and it was gone! I tried to any Dave and of course got his voicemail (imagine that!). I called back andasked to speak with someone else. I got Jason who was as arrogant as they come, who told me the coach was sold At 11:30 that morning! So in essence, the Coach was sold right out from under us! The dude had the nerve to ask why we didn't put a deposit down? The answer is simple! We weren't asked to put a deposit down. That is the job of the salesman! So then I asked to speak to a manager. Imagine my surprise that one wasn't available. Jason didn't offer a call back from a manager, but of course promised a call back from Dave. WE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO DAVE! His lack of communication IS what caused this Coach to be Sold out from under us. Of Course you Can imagine that we still Have NOT received a call from any manager.  Oh and don't use their "live chat" feature. you aren't chatting with a live person like they advertise. It is a computer generated response. The service (or lack thereof) is terrible and obviously they do not care about finishing a deal with Someone. Very Disappointed. I would advise to steer clear of this place!
