Jeff was easy to deal with and was considerate of my time. I do not have much free time, so I value someone who is straight forward and does not play games. We met at a fair price and Jeff made sure that I gave them a check, and they gave me a car. I was in and out buying the car in under a half hour, at most. Jeff has had a long career in sales and is professional and competent. FYI- Parking is exceptionally challenging at this dealership.

Thorough, professional, responsive are 3 words which accurately describe my recent purchase experience. Doug Campbell was awesome...I'd give him max stars but he's not listed under the sales dept. Also really appreciated Mike in finance, there was a delay in the bank wire so I wrote a check to cover the amount. Within 2 minutes after I left Mike and met up with Doug, Doug told me the wire cleared so I turned around and Mike was already on his way to track me down to return my now VOIDED check. So, I'll add great team communication to the list of positive attributes.

Horrible dealer. Dealers like this is why people hates the car buying experience. I drove from out state and they not show me the vehicle because they had some one coming see vehicle from out of state. They did not even have a deposit on vehicle. The salesman Marshall Sanders never offered to hold vehicle for me. But other salesmen must do this because they are just looking out for their commission. Benjamin Proler told me I could not even look vehicle over because someone might be buying it. Sales manager Johnathan Steffy should have done the right thing but chose stand behind his salesmen poor business manners and complete rudeness i was literary their ready to write a check, no financino, no trade, no b.s. but they would not take my money don't waste your time
