Jolene was awesome. I have to say, from start to finish, the experience of leasing my 2025 Mini, who I named Ruby Rose, was phenomenal! I will definitely be back when my lease is up. The financial department was also wonderful to work with and the technology was unlike anything I have ever seen. Thanks Jolene for an awesome job! Also thank you Mini of Allentown, you are the best.

Pete Barcus was our sales rep and was not only very friendly, understanding and supportive throughout the car buying process BUT was super efficient and clearly valued the amount of time I spent on the dealership lot to ensure that we didn’t have to wait around long to do finance documents, take delivery of our new car, etc. I would definitely recommend checking out Mini of West Chester & Pete Barcus for your next new/used car purchase. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that we received at mini Cooper of Pittsburgh. Evan and Jason were very friendly thorough and knowledgeable. We purchased our JC Cooper works mini a few days ago and found The dealership to be excellent.
