While our initial experience appeared positive, the situation has since deteriorated into an unacceptable ordeal. They have made a mistake in the calculation of our monthly payments, and since then, they are attempting to brush aside a legitimate mistake rather than resolve it appropriately. We feel disrespected and undervalued as customers. They are charging higher monthly payments than what it should be. They also acknowledge the mistake, however, they do not want to correct it. It is unbelievable. It is shocking that a reputable organization like this would handle such a straightforward issue with avoidance tactics and inadequate solutions.
