After speaking with the sales rep James specifically last night that he will have the car that I would like to test drive ready for me when I come in in the morning I reached him in the morning at 10:30. He told me be there in an hour, and the car will be ready for me outside I get there. I’m about an hour away And he said he’ll be right back and I waited 30 minutes and that’s not having the car ready for me. I left after 30 minutes and I got a voicemail saying like oh I’m sorry you disappointed you wait 30 minutes kinda like sarcastically and it might be 30 minutes of his time but I drove an hour each way and waited 30 minutes and accomplished nothing Looks like I will be purchasing a car elsewhere with that being said - I get my car service there all the time and spend lots of money at that dealership so I am very under impressed.
