I have owned several Harley's over the years and I can say beyond a doubt this was the best buying experience I have ever had. Brett in sales and Kathy in finance made the process extremely easy and made me feel like a part of the family. I then got a follow up phone call the next day thanking me for buying from Battlefield and told me about a great referral process that I can use to pay for all my parts. What a GREAT dealership!!! The Battlefield advantage earned my business, make sure to ask about it, you will be as surprised as I was!!!

Stars And Stripes Harley Davidson 2 months back I went to hopefully purchase a Street Glide from them. I walked away with a new Sport Glide. It was a very awkward experience during the purchase. I wasn't comfortable or satisfied after the purchase. I got the feeling that I "settled" for the Sport Glide because Street Glides were not discussed after the initial used one I was interested was just too pricey for me. I went and contacted the dealership and their loan company about NOT liking the bike I got and to get on something I really did want. At first I was told I would need to give another huge down payment. Then the dealership wouldn't even give me the time of day when said what I can do after just forking out a good size down payment for the current bike I have. So this shows me that being a returning customer means nothing to these people at this dealership. Now I'm up in the air about what to do with this bike that I don't enjoy riding.
