I received an email from Fred Beans Automotive Group - jperaino24

I received an email from Fred Beans Automotive Group about a 49th Anniversary Sale. The email said that you could save thousands on in stock models. I went to their Genesis site and noticed that all the Genesis GV80's were being offered at MSRP and not on sale. I checked the tab saying "Get Todays Price". I filled out the form being very careful not to check the box allowing them to call me and opted to be contacted by email. I did not enter my phone number. After about 5 minutes, I received a phone call from Ian at Genesis of Doylestown. I promptly hung up the phone. The form says "How do you want to be contacted" and I checked email. I was never emailed "Today's Price". It is obvious that the 49th Anniversary email is a joke. I will never purchase from Gemesis of Doylestown.

Hanak Ilbak was professional, helpful and patient. Although, this location did not have the car we were looking for, he was able to help us identify which model to purchase and remained available to answer questions that we had. I'd recommend Hanak if you are searching for a car.

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. - Bailjumper

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. However, service became quite a pain, to the point of having to cease dealing with dealership. I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away. Made appointment for spark plug replacement, which requires intake manifold to be removed. Drove to dealership for service, was told service can not be completed..... NO PARTS! Called a Hyundai dealer close to home, was told to come in. This call made right in front of service department. Have not been beck. This was over four years ago.
