I went to Patriot GMC in Boyertown because we had an interset sales deal. All ready to go and when i drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they informed me the price increased by $10k over the deal made online. Now i am at Oneil. I had great service from the late Jamie at the Oneil Collision Center in hatboro on multiple occasions. I figured i would give this dealership a shot at my new truck. Right from the beginning i felt i was being well taking care of. I am working with Eric Wong and found him to be honest and forthright. I initially looked at a GMC Denalli, loved the truck, however towing capacity was much less than i required. He helped me look into exactly what i need, and we are in the process of building the right truck for me. So far, this dealership has been easy to work with and has made this exciting purchase fun. Kudos to Team Oneil!

I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an excellent job at handling my issue with my Canyon. After numerous times with the check engine light coming on, (yes, they were all scratching their heads) but they worked very hard and many long hours to find the problem & fix it. Mark & Carmen both kept me notified of everything they were doing to make sure my truck was correct & safe. Bill, the Service Foreman had gone out of his way by staying way later to make sure this issue was resolved. These guys definitely need to be recognized for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciated all the hard work and time they put into my truck and truly look forward to seeing them again for any future services needed but hopefully it will just be an inspection and oil change next time! These guys are really GREAT! Again, I am truly satisfied & would definitely recommend them!

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.

All around a disappointing experience. I drove over 2hours to purchase a vehicle that I confirmed was there over the phone. Get there and the specs that were online and I verified over the phone were not that of the vehicle when we arrived. We were greeted with “oh just so you know the mileage and a not 1 mile it is around 5,000. Also it was used as a loaner car.” So disappointing. Took it for a test drive and you could tell it was used by multiple ppl. Come back to the lot to find out it was damaged when it was being used as a loaner. There was a dent and scratch on the bumper/trunk. The dealership did not try to offer anything for the inconvenience or discrepancies. They did however try to sell me an extended Warranty?!. I was called by a different manager the next day only to be offered the same nothing as the manager the night before and told two different versions of the car be My fixed. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

Warranty fraud? Purchased a warranty for paint and dent, was never told a coating was to be applied to our new 2023 Equinox. Sold the vehicle one year later and requested the refund on the remainder of the warranty. Was told because this treatment was applied to the vehicle they can't refund anything. When the New Cars Manager was told and checked to find out it wasn't applied he offered to apply it to our New Vehicle we purchased somewhere else but could not refund even though this was something we didn't receive as they turned in the paperwork saying we did receive it. Wouldn't this be fraud? Spoke to the owner and explained this. He rudely refused to do anything about this and hung up on me. Will never return here again. Tell all your family and friends to be careful dealing with McQuillen. Ron the Sales Manager admitted and apologized to us that we don't get the treatment and it was their error. Was going to backdate the paperwork for treatment he wanted to apply to our new vehicle, we refused as it would be illegal to do so as it was not the same vehicle, not the same year, make or model. Be careful dealing with McQuillen.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

It was a great experience and the first thing our salesman said was "You know I have to come out here and bother you right?" so they have a great sense of humor and know people do not like to be pressured. Was only looking at first and wasn't pressured before I left to buy a car, decided to come back a week later and have the paper work run after checking other places out. They worked with me and got me the price I wanted to pay a month on the car I wanted, even helped me drive it off the lot that day and bring the rest of down money the next day. The facility is great and seems like they really take care of their cars and the Lifetime powertrain warranty is a great perk as well.
