I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there. After having my tires rotated and purchase a new tire, they forgot to tighten them and wanted to charge me for additional balancing . The attitude in the service technician has always. When poor and cocky. When I asked to speak to the service manager he never got on the phone. So I will never purchase or service another car in this dealership.
