I drove an hour and a half to see a 2022 Jeep Compass with the Elite Package, and from the first phone call, Marla made everything stress-free. She held the vehicle for me to test drive after I called ahead, which I really appreciated. My phone call dropped due to service area and she followed up with a text to make sure I had all the info I needed. When I was running a little behind (I stopped to bring a ride along buddy), she checked in and patiently waited for my arrival. Marla also made the trade-in process for my 10-year-old Ford Escape smooth and straightforward. I purchased a brand spanking new truck from your dealership (which I haven’t been able to drive because you have had it) because you were supposed to fix it. MONTHS ago I purchased this $130,000 truck…your dealership ripped the wrap off of the trucks tail gate…not to mention the paint damage…you offer to send it to get painted..but the quote was too much…so you call me and tell me to come pick up my truck…and you will just cut me a check for $2000! Are you kidding me!?!
