My overall experience with this dealership was TOP NOTCH!! Starting with Christiana knowing I wasn’t from the area so she made sure to send me directions! Brian was the easiest, nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. The way the whole time worked together was stellar!!! I was early for my appointment, Brian was finishing up with another client so the other two gentlemen stepped up and hit everything started! It was very impressive how they all 3 worked as a team!

Taylor listened to what I wanted and was personable, quick, efficient, and just a great guy. Same with the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name). The vehicle I was interested in was already washed , had gas and waiting for us. I will never go anywhere else.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there.
