My family has purchased 3 fords in the last 4  months from Gilboy. The reason is, they take care of us. From sales (Rick Specer) to service, I have no complaints.  I never give reviews.  Ever, but felt that I neede to do this. I am in the sales and service business for over 25 years so I know good customer service when I see it. Thank you guys for all your help. We will keep coming back for our vehicle needs. Ron Wackley

Had a very good ordering and buying experience at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville. I worked with Dillon S and Jesus D provided some updates. Did the Final checkout with Jim M. Called and went into many other dealers in my area to order a 2024 Dark Horse most were playing the usual markup and allocation games. But at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville, they were truthful about the whole prosses they said it might not get built its up to Ford. But showed me they had an allocation on order and it was available to be changed to what I wanted. So, I went in and placed the order on 4/19/24 they did not even want a deposit I offered and they told me it is not needed. Almost all dealers want at least $500 down. Then on 5/22/24 I was updated that my order now received a vin this pretty much guarantees it will be built by Ford. At this point I asked if they wanted a deposit, they just replied back not to worry the Dark Horse is mine. they then gave me the vin so I could track it on fords build tracker I checked that thing like 50 times a day lol. They updated me along the way for all the build stuff like when the window sticker was available and when it was shipping out. Car was built from 8/12/24-8/18/24 it shipped out on 8/20/24 and got to them on 9/4/24 I picked it up the same day. They even followed all my special requests such as not to wash it or peel the protective stuff off. as it was going to a detailer to get Full PPF. The day of pickup they asked what accessories I wanted installed such as the Front splitter, gurney flap, under body strakes, I asked for all to be installed except the wheel locks. and of course there was no mark up on the limited production Dark Horse just MSRP how it should be no games were played just a very good experience all round.

As it was a Friday afternoon, we knew that if we didn't get it fixed, we could be stuck for the weekend. Key Ford of Hazleton took care of us right away. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Exceptional customer and highly recommend this dealership! I would recommend him for a square deal and help in setting up all the electronics and Ford perks. I looked at 6 dealers and Tim was very pleasant helped us a great deal. Tim worked with Jordan Gollmer (finance mgr.) and got me a better rate than my own credit union.

Bait and switch/false advertising. - me

Bait and switch/false advertising. Dealer sends me coupons but does not honor them despite the email stating "For your vehicle (and my vin number indicated there)." This is going on for 4 years now and not once have they honored their coupons. I am done with the lies. I will seek another dealer that is honest and does not play that bait and switch/false advertising game with the consumer. Diagnosis information in regard to tires and brakes stated that my front brakes and front tires have less wear than my rear brakes and rear tires. Everyone knows that the front tires and brakes always wear faster than the rears. Incompetent service people. The paperwork also stated the oil type used and that was wrong oil for my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer if you want good competent service.

I was walking around while in Service and the Manager Dave Hetzel was very kind and professional. He talked to me for a little about a new F150 and I will be honest it piqued my interest. He got me with one of his team members and gave a thorough explanation of everything. They even appraised my car while it was in service, and gave me numbers that made sense enough to bring my wife back and see if she was good with it. All in all not what I was expecting from just a service appointment but I am very happy with the team at Fred Beans!

I went here last week and wanted to buy a used ford ranger, they put in the deal a $3500 warranty that I didn't want, salesman wouldn't drop it . So I left. The next day I called and asked him if he was going to sell the truck to me, he said I'll call you back. Half hour later he calls and says we will drop the warranty but you have to finance with us. I said why would I want to finance with you, when I can get financing through my credit union 3% cheaper. They wouldn't sell me the truck. So I filed a complaint with CFPB. I would not recommend this dealership, their just trying to make more money on all this xxxxxxxx. Be careful if you go here.

I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!

I had purchased a 2015 Lincoln in Sharon while in a bind for another vehicle. The one I purchased ended up with Transmission problem. Of course the place that I bought it did not work on Lincolns. I ended up with towing bills for two places and I was told right up front from John Hoover that it would probably be at least 3 or 4 weeks. I okayed the repair and with all the COVID restrictions I knew it would be more than 3 or 4 weeks. I did not call them because I really felt that they were giving me good service. John did call me to tell me that I was the next one in line and I thanked him and I told him that GOOD things were worth waiting. I was informed in about a week that my vehicle was ready for pickup. They had to put in a NEW complete Transmission and that it was under Warranty. They checked the Battery and I told them to replace it. When I arrived to get my vehicle I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist and John and another person. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the replacement of the battery and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I have seen some very crude waiting rooms and heir Tv's were not working. I have a 2011 Ford Ranger with about 58,000 miles long bed and I will be replacing it in a year or two and you can bet it will be from McCandless FORD in Mercer, Pa. DISHONEST PRACTICES - Ras

I recently took my car in for an inspection. Car is only three years old and with low mileage. Warranty has run out on parts like brakes, battery, etc. Was told that I needed brakes and rotors. Had a feeling that this was not true. Took my vehicle to another station. Was told I DID NOT NEED brakes or rotors, and my car passed inspection. So sad when a dealership has to be dishonest in order to make money off of their customers. Also have been having transmission problems with my 2013 Ford Fiesta and have had the car to the shop FOUR times and car is not even four years old yet. Would never return to DelBaso for any vehicle EVER!!!!!

Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled

The sales process was wonderful and painless. Quick and easy. Thats where the good ends. On my drive home from buying the car I realized my headlights were not aligned, and my oil change was 250 miles over the sticker. Called immediately and they dont have a spare moment to fix the issues that were already on it when i bought it until a couple weeks later. Haven’t even made a payment on my car yet and the front wheel has started making a terrible squealing noise. The service department has refused to take a look at it for another few weeks. As a person who just spent $20,000 it would be nice to see the dealership service department jumping at the chance to fix a problem that was already there before the vehicle was sold. Instead i was told “service doesnt sell the cars” so its not their problem and i can wait. Thank you to Crystal in the service department for doing the bare minimum and not trying to make a wrong right.
