Our experience went ok. The vehicle we wanted to see was not at the lot when we got there as the owner was driving it. They acted like they were going to give us a great deal because of this along with the 200 miles he put on the “new” car. By the end of it there was no longer a great deal. The salesman added a “paint protection” as he said “they had to make money off it too”. I agreed to this thinking I was still getting a great deal and who wouldn’t want to have extra protection on their brand new black vehicle. The vehicle was listed lower online. The salesmen had me sign a paper which is my fault for not looking at what I was signing but basically once in financing I realized the “great deal” we were supposed to get was no longer great but that I had already signed whatever paper so that’s what I was getting. Even the finance guy checked to make sure this paint protection was added at this point because I was questioning the price and the salesmen said yes. When speaking rates, they told us it would be in the high 8s which is insane as my husband and I have 800+ scores. I went online and found BOA had a lower rate. I applied and of course got approved not far from their best rate to which the dealership could now match that rate. Funny. The best part of it is, our friend does detailing and looked at this “paint protection” they added…. that he swears they didn’t actually add. Overall I’m happy with my vehicle but this experience made me realize I really need to see what I’m signing and that “great deals” aren’t always great for me but more so the dealership. I may have had a better experience at a different dealership but the vehicle I was looking for was hard to find and they happened to have it so here I am.

Although the wait was 18 months from the order date I finally got my new F350. Ford made many improvements even from my 2021 F350 as ride is much better! Dealership was very helpful in transferring over bedliner, aux tank and air bags which was a real blessing as I was out of town for a month when truck arrived at dealership.

With Cathy's hard work the truck was ordered and everything went smooth on the day of pickup. I am pleased with my new truck. I commute into Philly and I seem to average 50 mpg. The ride seems smoother than my old car.

Bad business practices. Tried to tell me that my 100k Lexus was only worth 9k because it was in a minor accident but was professionally repaired and it needed new brakes and tires despite having less than 10k miles on them. But they wanted to sell me a truck that was originally 40k for 26 k that had the paint and clearcoat coming off in multiple large areas has lid was bent up and didn’t close, and it was in an accident that wasn’t repaired but it had a “clean car fax”. It was clean because the accident was not repaired and reported. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy here. In the end I walked out letting them know that they need to disclose the problems in their add and will have to greatly reduce the price. I would have given them 9k for it😃. Slimy, misleading, and overall ridiculous.

The service dept FaiIed to find the oil leak in our vehicle. Small leak. We picked the car up and were told there was no leak. The service manager stated if it was there our service tech would have found it. He was almost able to convince me I was wrong. Not a nice person, narcissistic at a minimum. This man has been there for sometime making me think the judgement of this dealership is poor for letting him continue to be employed with there. I really couldn't see the man employed anywhere at let alone here. He may know someone at the company I'm guessing because he is not a good person. He insisted at that time there work was completed and to make another appointment. The arrogant attitude and look on his face was the all there. I still have an oil leak as described. I crawled under the car and found the leak. Don't ever leave that service dept. Because that man expects it to happen. He expects repect he doesn't deserve.

Worst decision ever. Bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse on June 27th. The check engine light came on exactly 2 weeks later. Catalytic converter is bad. I'm sure they knew this and lied. Have been trying to get hold of the GM Steve for weeks. Of course, he hasn't returned my call. DONT shop there!!!

Buyer beware. Bought used vehicle a year ago from this dealer. Was shown “a Carfax”, no concerning issues. Ran Carfax recently for potential trade. Report shows structural damage, and theft recovery vehicle.report shows vehicle was bought at auction with a structural damage notice. Dates of damage and theft were long enough ago that there would be zero reason for them not to be on a Carfax. And all issues occurred prior to my purchase of the vehicle.No branding on title to indicate the theft. Structural damage or theft was not disclosed at time of sale. Carfax that I was shown was not given to me for my records at the time of sale. Lender stated they would have never approved transaction if they had known the issues. Checking with other dealers, they will not touch the vehicle even as a crazy low trade value. Experienced car buyer of both new and used vehicles, not a desperate buyer. I would never have bought the vehicle had I known the true history. I had no reason to doubt the Carfax I was shown at the time because I have had good experiences with them in the past (or so I think), as they are a fairly reputable dealer in this area. Dealer is willing to take the vehicle on trade at a very low price as a resolution, of course given the history of the vehicle. Do not trust the dealer Carfax, or anything they tell you about a used vehicle. I do not recommend.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

I recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco at Kennedy Ford. I the whole process was seamless. I usually hate dealing with most dealerships, but this process was so easy and stress free. I live about 90 minutes away from dealer. Rob Morris the sales manager helped me complete much of the paperwork before I arrived. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. The salesman Paul I dealt with was great. Nice guy and easy to deal with. He walked me through setting up the Ford app on my phone and the particulars of the Bronco. He introduced me to Tony the finance manager, which usually the worst part of buying a car. That's when the high pressure sales usually happens. He ran me through the numbers and mentioned a few packages they offer. No high pressure nonsense. I do not usually enjoy the car buying process, but this was a very easy process. Would definitely recommend these guys.
