Purchased new 2024 F150 back in August, now with 3453 - johncamaerei

Purchased new 2024 F150 back in August, now with 3453 miles computer message "parking brake limited function, service required". I called service for appointment and they said I would have to leave truck all day. I live over 40 miles away and asked for loaner car. Service said they do not have loaners but I could rent a car and if it was a warranty issue I wouldn't have to pay. How can they say if it is a warranty issue when I have a bumper to bumper 36,000 mile warranty and I only have 3453 miles on truck? I emailed sales a week ago and no reply. If I knew they would not provide loaners I wouldn't have purchased truck. I made appointment local with Ray Price Ford and will not call Koch and will not be a repeat customer.

Although the wait was 18 months from the order date I finally got my new F350. Ford made many improvements even from my 2021 F350 as ride is much better! Dealership was very helpful in transferring over bedliner, aux tank and air bags which was a real blessing as I was out of town for a month when truck arrived at dealership.

Worst dealership award go to this place. They knew for hours I was traveling 4 hours to look at this truck and we get there and it was still dirty. Sketchy salesman Bob tried to throw $750 on top of the sales price for the truck being certified and for detailing the truck. Then made a fake phone call to the finance manager to see if it was okay if he took it off to make it look like I was getting a "good deal". The owner Normon must be on a power trip. He's disrespectiul to customers and makes snotty remarks. He says he has the best pricing within 750 miles. Probably explains why the truck has been sitting on the lot for 2 months. Low xxxxx trades and tries to talk your trade down. More then happy to drive 4 hours back home then buy anything from this clown.

Their off was so low that I would have taken a $5k hit on a Chevy Cruze trade in and nothing off the vehicle I was interested in Lived a bit away and they just wanted to get you into the dealership. Recommend to all to keep away from this dealership! Found at least 3 better deals more car and lower prices

The service dept FaiIed to find the oil leak in our vehicle. Small leak. We picked the car up and were told there was no leak. The service manager stated if it was there our service tech would have found it. He was almost able to convince me I was wrong. Not a nice person, narcissistic at a minimum. This man has been there for sometime making me think the judgement of this dealership is poor for letting him continue to be employed with there. I really couldn't see the man employed anywhere at let alone here. He may know someone at the company I'm guessing because he is not a good person. He insisted at that time there work was completed and to make another appointment. The arrogant attitude and look on his face was the all there. I still have an oil leak as described. I crawled under the car and found the leak. Don't ever leave that service dept. Because that man expects it to happen. He expects repect he doesn't deserve.

Strike 1 - I bought a brand new truck and after 115 miles it would not start. Strike 2 - Ford roadside assist was over a 3 hour wait so I called AAA and they came within the hour and towed it to the dealership. Strike 3 - The service department kept giving me lip service and they actually lied to me, they said they had a tech working on it but I could see through my app that they never even stated the truck. When I called them out on it they finally went to start my truck to work on it. They never once called me back to let me know know what was wrong with the truck and the manager had the audacity to claim I called 10 times a day so they didn't have to call me. To be honest, I called once a day around 3pm in the hopes someone would tell me the truth about what was wrong with the truck and give me a real time frame as to when the truck would be ready. he then said "You can pick up your truck but I don't know if it would be ready" I have never been treated so poorly after spending over 100K on a vehicle. All the poor reviews on this site are basically about how horrible the service department is and they would all be right. The should fire the service manager and hire someone who actually cares about costumer service.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!
