Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!

I bought a truck here and a lifetime power train warranty. When I needed the warranty work done, the dealership refused to honor my warranty because the old ownership was the one who sold me the truck. They also refuse to honor the lifetime free oil changes I was promised, as well. I would have purchased my truck elsewhere if I had known they would refuse to honor their warranty that I purchased. Do not trust this dealership! When you buy a business, you should buy ALL of the business, not just the parts that benefit the new owner. Very poor customer service. They didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment for my truck. I’m very disappointed.

I recently had an incident when I was driving to work. There was a 55 gallon trash barrel in the middle of the road. I was in the passing lane with a car less than 3 car lengths behind me. I could not stop or swerve or there would have been a serious accident. So I held on to the steering wheel, prayed, and hit the trash barrel head on. When it hit the car the trash can split in half and went under the car. The car was drivable, so I continued on my way to work. It was dark and I had a meeting at 7:30 AM so I went right into work without being to assess any damage. When I got out of work it was dark and I couldn't really see any damage. I noticed on the way home, the check engine light came on. My husband went out and checked the car and said the bumper was cracked and the spoiler was damaged. I had to have my car scheduled for oil change so I thought I would have the body shop look at the damage as well. The insurance company said I had to go to someone they were contracted with. I took it to the body shop and Ralph looked at my car and recommended I ask the insurance company to assign the claim to Bob Fisher. He explained the process to me and I worked with Melissa for interaction with the insurance company. In short, they got it approved and scheduled the work. I had the oil change done on my lunch break and they let me know the one sensor was gone due to the incident. They coordinated the extra work with the body shop and completed the work. I needed to travel for Thanksgiving and was worried about having my Equinox back before the trip. Melissa said she would let me know by Tuesday when I could expect my car back. Monday night I got a call from the body shop (and I apologize I don't recall the employee's name). My car was done and I could pick it up that night. I had plans so I arranged to pick it in the morning. I picked my car up at 8 in the morning the next day. I was so excited to get my car but I was more impressed by the how great my car looked. They even detailed the car for me. I am so glad I met Ralph and Melissa. They provided the utmost in professional, excellent customer service. I am so glad I bought my car at Bob Fisher and I trusted them for service and body work for my car. The purchase was awesome with Mr. Krause, the service was awesome with the service department and the body shop was extraordinary. My apologies for those I could not recognize by name. Exceptional employees, exceptional service!!"

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.

Erica of Hawkins reached out to me soon after inquiring about their Chevy Bolt. I asked if the car had a DCFC and whether or not its batteries have been replaced as part of GM's recall. She wasn't sure and said a rep would get back to me immediately. The rep never called but she checked back with me. The customer service (Erica) was great. Too bad the rep never followed through. She said she would inform management of the situation. This dealership seems ok, at least through email. I suspect their employees either don't know much about EVs or they don't want to talk about the battery situation unless it's face-to-face. I honestly wouldn't blame them if that were the case. It's got to be challenging selling a car with a potential fire hazard. It's possible they can't even get the batteries replaced because GM has run out. I would still recommend them simply for the fact they're will to take the risk of selling these awesome EVs that need a bit of TLC. It is with great pleasure that I post this review of this excellent business in Paradise Pa.  After much searching across several states, I located the exact vehicle I have been interested in. My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, made sure I took advantage of any available discounts, and guided me through the process. Scott was also very helpful, demonstrating some of the advanced features on this brand new Camaro Convertible. Mike in the Finance department was also very kind and patient working out the actual numbers with me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall buying experience at this business. I buy a truck or a car every year or so between my business and my personal needs, so I am a bit more familiar with the buying process. Having said that, I don't know whether these guys are dishonest, just incompetent or a combination of both, I caught them trying to charge me a few hundred dollars more on fees and taxes. I normally would have walked out, but because I drove all the way from Long Island, NY located right outside of NYC, I had to waste a couple of hours of my time pointing out the "mistakes." Because of the shortage of trucks, we decided to go out all the way to the Pittsburg area to get the right combination of the capabilities and options. Even when we were trying to register the vehicle in NYS DMV, we were told that these guys forwarded incorrect paperwork and that the whole paperwork had to be sent back to the dealership and send back out to DMV again. I ended up making multiple trips to DMV because of it. Additionally, there is a program called Business Choice which would enable us to receive an additional $500 rebate. But because these guys were not familiar with the program, I ended up wasting a lot of time again, and we ended up not receiving the rebate. I spoke with the regional coordinator of the program, and I was told that these guys really do not sell too many commercial vehicles and that they are probably not very familiar with the program. I don't mind them not knowing about it, but I do mind them not trying. If you are thinking of buying a car or a truck from these guys, please be aware, lest you end up wasting time like me.

I drove 2 hours each way from NJ to test drive a low-mileage 2021 GMC Denali HD that I found at John Sauder Chevy on-line. My overall experience at this dealership was very smooth. The salesman (Mike Colombraro) and the sales manager (Patrick Byrnes) were most courteous and professional, and they helped me with my trade-in and purchase very efficiently. Mike was very nice, I trusted him completely, he was very accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I got all of my questions answered. The GMC is awesome and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends.

The salesman we talked to over the phone couldn't have cared less about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He basically told us there isn't any mark up on the specific vehicle we were looking for, therefore it was obvious there wasn't enough interest in his part due to not making enough money on the sale. He did NOTHING to try to help us whatsoever and was very arrogant. We went to another dealer and came home with a new vehicle at a price we we happy with from a dealership that was OUTSTANDING and very informative and respectful. That dealership would be Bowser Chevrolet in Monroeville Pa.
