The absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure sales or games. Fair prices and trade in values. Taylor listened to what I wanted and was personable, quick, efficient, and just a great guy. Same with the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name). The vehicle I was interested in was already washed , had gas and waiting for us. I will never go anywhere else.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there. I had some issues with a software update during my last service, so I took my Silverado back to have the issues investigated. During the service, they noticed that the right front tire had a puncture, so they fixed the puncture, reset all the sensors, fixed the software problem, and refused to charge me for the service. Service at Lake has always been excellent from sales to maintenance. Lake is simply outstanding at everything and this is why I recommend them to other potential customers and I'll always keep going back. They're a great dealership with really superb professionals. Kudos to everyone who works there, but especially the entire service department.
