I had a really good experience working with Driveway, especially with Savannah. She handled most of the back and forth, followed up consistently, listened to what we were actually looking for, and helped find a vehicle that fit our needs instead of just pushing whatever was available. We had some pretty specific requirements around price, mileage, AWD, captain’s chairs, a tow package, and pickup vs. delivery, and she stayed helpful and responsive throughout the process. Parker was also great when it came time to review the financing, GAP coverage, taxes and fees, return policy, and next steps. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was upfront about what still needed to be verified. Overall, the process felt much more transparent and low-pressure than a typical car-buying experience. I appreciated the follow-up, the patience, and the willingness to answer detailed questions along the way.

If there was negative Zero’s I would rate the service department with 3 negative zeroes’ After I bought my car took it over to Honda, they discovered a filthy air filter, (shame on me for not checking it), then the battery was low, needed a new battery. Added more Feron to my coolant system, even though my sales rep told me they charged it before I bought it. Had to buy new hup caps, because apparently the mechanics didn’t put it on right. Very poor service. I purchased a extended warranty, but very hesitate and apprehension in taking my vehicle in for repairs. I do not trust this service

Layne was an absolute professional. I appreciated his attentiveness, communication and insights while going through the process of getting a new Tiguan. David then closed the chapter in the evening with a positive attitude, laughter and great communication as well. The two of them truly made the experience smooth and reminded me why I keep coming back to Armstrong Volkswagen. My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic sedan. They were asking 13,000, we agreed on 12,500 and went to sign the contract. We went in an office and the finance manager showed us a paper that had the deal itemized. 12,500 + a warranty for 2,300 that equaled 15,000 and change due to the warranty and DMV costs. The finance manager told us that the only way they can sell us the car for the agreed price of 12,500 was if we bought a 2,300.00 warranty because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal. So they wouldn’t sell us the car for the agreed on price of 12,500.00. Very unethical to agree on a price then not sell said car unless you buy a 2,300.00 warranty ! Beware beware beware of Medford Voltzwagon, Medford BMW or Medford Nisan. They are all owned by the same owner.

I was looking for a used car for my mom. She had a list of wants and needs for her car. We worked with Joey and he listened to my mom's needs and found a car that was a good fit for her. Everybody at the dealership was very helpful and courteous and it was overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend talking to them if you need a car.

Buyer Beware-I test drove a car I really liked and then filled out an online credit check which they said was necessary before they could tell me my lease option. I was then called by the salesperson and told I qualified for what seemed like a really good lease deal. I was told to drop by after work to fill out the paperwork which would only take 30 minutes. It took 3 hours during which time the price went up significantly twice. First the finance manager blamed the salesperson. Then he tried to blame my credit which is well over 800 and then the VW credit company. When I asked to see a break down of the offer he kept me waiting for another half hour and then came back with his boss who then informed me the interest rate had just gone up and thus the monthly payment was actually $154 more a month than I was promised a few hours earlier. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the finance department. I left pissed and without a car as I abhor manipulative, predatory tactics. The service center staff are nice but I wouldn’t buy a car from them again.
