Very helpful salesman. Not pressuring, informative and searched out info when he didn't know it. Helped negotiate a trade in on a new Rav 4 Hybrid. The finance person, however, was insensitive to my time-frame late in the day and tried to "wear me down" to accept extra warranties with inadequate l o n g explanations, despite knowing I/we had a long way to drive home in sketchy rainy condititions. Took at least an hour and a half longer than it should have to get things finalized. Nearly walked out without signing the agreement. It also seemed the dealership wasn't always up to snuff with what was going on in other departments - such as a full tank of gas when I drove off in the new vehicle, but the salesman has tried to make things right.

Alex in the Serviced Department was wonderful, he did everything we asked and repaired the dent in our Prius plus ordered a donut spare tire and jack kit! Corvallis Toyota is fortunate to have someone in the service department that listens to the customer and goes the extra mile for us!! After our damaged/flattened tire, late at night in Gresham, a strange town we did know well, and no spare tire.....Alex found a spare donut tire and jack kit for us to purchase and carry in our car for the future. And then when our car was dented when we returned to our car after our granddaughter's volleyball game, Alex contacted "Joe the Dent Guy", and he repaired the dent in our Prius! We feel we have found an excellent service department employee, and a friend!! Alex is the BEST!!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this dealership for a routine oil change, and my experience turned out to be far better than I could have imagined. During the service, something unexpectedly broke on my vehicle. and the team immediately took full responsibility and assured me they would take care of everything at no charge. Not only did they repair the issue completely free of charge, but they also provided me with a rental car for five full days at no cost while the repair was being completed. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for the oil change either. I walked away without paying a single dollar, which speaks volumes about the honesty, integrity, and customer first attitude of this dealership. shout out to Derik, Sam, Carson and Diego Loera for their professionalism and genuine care. They were upfront, transparent, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, that gave me total peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. This experience has earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! They have bilingual staff which made my customer experience even stronger. We had specific needs in what we were looking for. Nick went above and beyond in helping us. After looking at several vehicles, we were able to pin it down to two similar 4Runners. Working Brian on closing the deal was pretty painless. They met us where we needed to be and we left with a new car. Nick knowing how particular I was with details took it upon himself to clean several areas of our new car that were missed in the detail shop. A true sign of someone who cares about his customers.

I had a very positive experience with Toyota of Portland on Broadway. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid XSE, mainly working with Leon Weingrod, who was friendly, professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful. What I liked best was that I was able to work with Leon mainly via text. I shared info about the model and features I wanted and Leon searched for the car. He answered my questions, provided information, including pictures and specs, made offers and responded to counter offers, all quickly and via text. As a result, I saved a lot of time. When I went to pick up the car, the process went very quickly. I signed the required papers, received a request tutorial from Leon and left the dealership a happy and satisfied customer. I have purchased three cars over several years from Broadway of Toyota. I also use their service department and I highly recommend both the sales staff and the service department.

I really appreciated this dealership, although the process was slow, I did appreciate the 24 hour test drive and that I knew I had financing pre-approved before I went in. It was a little frustrating that the financing changed while I was there, but I understood why. THe finance manager was really nice, and I appreciated that everyone was really nice. It just seemed to take a long time.

I'm disappointed that I must write this review after having an enjoyable purchase process. In fact, my family would likely have purchased a new vehicle here within 2-3 years. Unfortunately, we have been shafted by the customer satisfaction department. Picture this... We purchased a GOLD CERTIFIED 4Runner 8 months ago. 17k miles on it. We were upsold due to "upgrades" that were included with one of the used vehicles. We stretched our budget and spent 51k total. Then... A/C fails 8 months after purchase in the dead of summer. Another Toyota dealership's service department informed us that the aftermarket front winch had rubbed against the A/C line, causing a leak. We approved those repairs at a total cost of $1,200. Why am I leaving a one-star review??? Well, we received no previous disclosure that the winch was aftermarket and a possible liability. We purchased a "GOLD CERTIFIED" vehicle with 17k miles on it, obviously not expecting to have a $1,000 repair bill 8 months after purchase! Toyota's corporate offices provided an indication and some reassurance that Capitol Toyota would make this situation good. Remember... "gold... certified" used vehicle. Unfortunately, Kyle Read has communicated to us that Capitol Toyota would rather keep their fists clenched on that $1,000 pocket change than foster customer loyalty. Pretty silly!

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation. They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.
