A few days ago, we purchased our new Subaru Outback Turing model from the Wilsonville Subaru dealer. It was a pleasure dealing with no nonsense professional salesmanship (Jonathan L.). The car at wanted color wasn’t available locally so the dealer brought it from Olympia WA. A day after delivery we noticed a tiny scratch on the rear gate so we went back to the dealer and Jon managed to get it fixed in just a few minutes. We would strongly recommend this Wilsonville Subaru dealership and Jon’s help was just perfect, no pressure, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. I was also impressed by management style of the sales manager, very active, not sitting behind a desk in an office, but on the floor among the sales force and customers, remarkable.

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Bolt at the end of 2024. My primary purpose was to get a good value and take advantage of the Federal EV tax credit. They were able to apply at the time of sale (registered with IRS). They have a great selection of Chevy Bolts to choose from. I had a specific budget and they worked with me to find the right vehicle. I worked directly with Bethany McNichols, whom was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated her friendly nature and attentiveness to my requests. The sales manager and finance person were also great. I normally dread dealing with car dealerships, and I had a great experience. I was very flexible, and had other options, so was not feeling any pressure. They were very reasonable, and I didn't feel high pressure tactics or aggressive overselling that I've experienced elsewhere. If you need one of the GM buyback Volts that have been refurbished, go here!!! Great selection, fair price, and quick transaction.

There are a few important decisions one makes over the course of their life. What college we go to, where we choose to live, and who we choose to marry are some examples - How we choose to get around and where we buy our vehicles is equally as important in my opinion. A new car symbolizes the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new adventure; it serves as a point of reference for memories past and unrealized. What you drive and who hands you the keys matters. Back in 2019 I purchased my first brand new car - A 2019 Subaru Impreza MT base model. This was a daunting experience for me having always purchased used and from the moment I walked through the doors of Lithia I was greeted with a very warm and inviting atmosphere, smiles, and professionalism. Every step of the way I was provided with assurance that I was in good hands and that based on my needs, I would be taken care of; that has translated throughout the entire ownership of my Impreza exactly as promised. Now that a few years have gone by and my priorities in life are shifting, I decided that now is as good a time as ever to explore what a "fun" car has to offer. After some research into what I was looking for, I settled on test driving a 2024 BRZ to get a feel for a smaller chassis car and began my interactions with Nygel. I knew immediately that I liked Nygel - He was incredibly polite, well dressed, listened to my questions intently and was extremely knowledgeable about the car on our test drive. As a former salesperson myself, I am particularly acute to how much someone is paying attention to me and retaining information when I'm in the role of a customer, and Nygel's ability to build rapport while simultaneously showcasing the different aspects of the vehicle was truly impressive. I knew I wanted to work with him but needed to do some additional research, and Nygel very respectfully left the door open for me to come back. I ended up interacting with multiple salespeople over the course of the next few weeks, and though some visits to other Subaru dealerships didn't quite feel the same as going to Lithia I was able to get a deal on a 2025 BRZ that was too good to pass up, so I gave Nygel a call in good faith to let him know that I had finished my search and would be on the road by early December. I'm fortunate to have another vehicle to get around in the meantime but would not object to getting my new car a few months earlier than expected, even if it was missing a few options that I wanted. Nygel went the extra mile, was able to beat the deal, and was able to keep my business in the Lithia family while being transparent, professional and while making me feel genuinely cared for as a customer which is very hard to come by in auto sales. His warm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to do right by his customers and truly earn their business is unique and any company would be fortunate to have him represent them. I was not surprised to see how busy he was when I came in yesterday to sell my Impreza (I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me with this but the offer for my car was extremely fair and he deserves recognition too!), nor was I surprised when he found some time to hand me a completed order form for my new 2025 BRZ with every accessory I wanted. The guy is in a class of his own. I am proud to make my memories at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City and will continue to for the foreseeable future - Their professionalism and dedication to creating positive experiences is rare and they are a shining example of what all dealerships should strive to be. I have no doubt that each experience is uniquely tailored to the individual to make them feel like they're part of the Subaru family. Who hands you the keys to your car matters, and I am really happy it's going to be Nygel.

The salesman was nice and I’ve met some nice people in the service department. However, as far as service and promises I’ve not had a good experience up to this point.I’ve never received the call from Emily I was told I’d get 10 days after my new car purchase (now a month out) to help walk me through operation of my new vehicle. I was told I’d always get a loaner when my car was there for service. I left my new car there after purchase for protective coating. I had my trade in for a loaner just overnight and was called the very next morning to return it as they had sold it already. They did not have another loaner. The Protective coating had not been done on my new car yet and I expressed I did not want to take my new car off the lot until it had been completed. My salesman called that they had decided to send my new car off sight for the protective coating without my approval as Crystal was not there to do the job. The protective coating had many flaws when I picked it up. They wanted to return it to the off site place that applied the coating. In view of the poor workmanship I refused and requested Crystal do the repairs/critiquing as she was now back at work. They agreed but when I took it back to Subaru they insisted it had to be done by the providing place. Again I expressed I had been promised Crystal would do the job. I don’t really know for sure who did it, but I bought the protective package from Subaru and feel they need to guarantee it and stand behind it. I also paid for more protective costing than I actually received. While picking up my new car after supposed critiquing of the protective coating, I expressed I needed help understanding the operation of some features of my new car. They set me up with my salesman. I told him I had still not received the promised call from Emily. He walked me through what he could and left a message for Emily to contact me to set up a tutorial appointment. That was a week ago yesterday. I’ve still not heard from Emily. I messaged my salesman yesterday asking him to return my call. I’ve not heard back from him. I experienced such kindness and service promises when I was considering buying my car from Subaru of Bend and now am so very saddened by the lack of contact and service as promised that I’ve experienced after my purchase. It has truly taken the joy out of the ownership of this new vehicle . I truly wish i my trade in back. Frustrated and very disappointed.. Dee 😢😞😩

I bought a used Outback from KFS that I planed on using a lot in the forest for recreation. The sales person, Desiree, was great. Everything else was terrible. They didn't disclose an accident where there was a clear, very poor repair. I had assumed there was because of the price, but didn't know for sure until I pulled the front bumper facia. They tried to sell it with dangerously worn tires, and calmed they didn't notice (on a car they had in their possession for 6 months. I heard noises after about 9 months - Then I replaced both tire rod assemblies. The extended warranty I bought (because I suspected SOME problems, again due to the pricing) was void due to their dereliction of duty as an agent. I paid $1300 for repairs, and ended up canceling the EW for a $1K loss. They had a "no mask" policy, this was fall 2021. I certainly won't be buying an Outback Wilderness from them.

Was sold a"Wentworthless" contract for $599 Now questionable - Foster mom

When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years. The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail. My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!" The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."

We recently bought a used 2020 Honda Civic Sport MT from Subaru of Portland and have been having issues with the vehicle. I have been in contact with Ted Schreiber, the used car sales manager, and he's been attempting to help us figure out what's wrong with the car. He appears to be helping on the surface, but we have not been able to get the car fixed in an appropriate time frame or to our satisfaction. After our purchase, the car was taken to Kendall Honda of Eugene for a warranty seat belt repair and I stated that I'm having issues with the car shifting roughly and noise coming from the clutch pedal. This service tech suggested that the clutch is worn out at 43k miles, which seems to be premature. After discussing this issue with the service advisor, Ian, he dug into the service paperwork on this vehicle. He noticed something odd, that a recovery specialist did a multi-point inspection on this vehicle before we purchased it. He was inclined to think that this vehicle has had a prior repossession history that was not disclosed to us when purchasing the vehicle. He also hinted that it may have been driven poorly, which has led to the transmission issues. This information was not disclosed by Subaru of Portland and has been viewed as "hearsay" by the Sales Manager, Ted. I've included copies of the correspondence with Ted via email, we've also spoken on the phone numerous times about these issues. The car was then diagnosed by the service department at Subaru of Portland and was deemed "inconclusive" even though one of the techs stated they did have familiarity of the issue with our car. Claiming that they cannot properly diagnose the issue, without a proper Honda technician or specialty tools, and it was supposedly sent to a local Honda service department. I have no paperwork on that diagnostic, but again we were told nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I've explained multiple times the issues we are having, only to be shrugged off like our issue doesn't seem to be valid. We are very frustrated with how this has been handled by the sales and service team and Subaru of Portland and feel that we have wasted our time and money by choosing to make a purchase with this dealership. We are unsatisfied with the drivability of the car and we have been instructed to "keep driving it" while they look for another similar option. We would end up losing money on this vehicle, should we trade it back into this dealer. This is not a satisfactory outcome and feel that we've been treated unfairly and duped into buying a car that had underlying issues with the clutch or transmission. Furthermore, the General Manager told us that he legally disclosed all information and did more than they should to help us. Ultimately leaving us on our own. Worst car buying experience we've ever had and will never return to any affiliated dealership.

Don't go here if you're traveling through. - Bongcayao

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.

Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.

Took truck back the next day to be told there is nothing they can do for us, its our problem not there's . Called general manager multiple times and left messages and have still have not heard anything back
