The same two parts guys who sold me an in-stock $300+ trim part a month ago refused to accept the return of the part when I was unable to remove the old part. It was in the factory packaging but I didn’t have the receipt. Their computer showed the sales of the item and would have shown my purchase if they wanted to provide even basic customer service. Very disappointed in Jkm Fisher Volvo.
