They picked up our Navigator from our home for the - derek.pridgeon

They picked up our Navigator from our home for the exterior and interior coating and to find a leak in the sunroof. I love the fact I did not have to take the car in myself. We also received a loaner that was the same style as our Navigator so we did not feel like we lost our car. They fixed the leak and applied the coating and are returning the car shortly. Sherry kept my in the loop.

January 2025, Service dept was great again, Megan Buchanan aims to please always, as do all staff, very timely work, updates the customer often, staff work quickly and very hard even when understaffed, are friendly, patient and understanding, very pleased again. I always bring my vehicle to Crater Lake Ford Service. I trust the staff to keep my vehicle in safe operating order. I purchased my CPO Ford Edge SEL AWD SUV in 2013 and continue to bring it here for servicing, repairs, advice. I depend on service department staff to keep my vehicle in safe running condition and continue to not hesitate to recommend this service department to everyone. Thankful for all staff. I appreciate them for working and caring.

My Mercury Mariner broke down on my way to southern California. I had it towed to Legacy Ford. I had to continue on to my job. Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs Thank You Legacy Ford for the personal service you gave me. I worked for over 30 years in the auto service buisness and know how much work it takes to care for customers the way they do. I recommend Legacy Ford for any automotive need. 5 stars
