I have switched my servicing to Beaverton Kia because each time I am there I feel very listened to and the overall experience is great. Alex Werstler was our service adviser on 12/11 and he was wonderful; very patient and took time to answer all my questions. I had follow-up questions and called on 12/14; Alex was not there, but I talked to Marcus, who was also very helpful and patient.
