My Mercury Mariner broke down on my way to southern California. I had it towed to Legacy Ford. I had to continue on to my job. Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs Thank You Legacy Ford for the personal service you gave me. I worked for over 30 years in the auto service buisness and know how much work it takes to care for customers the way they do. I recommend Legacy Ford for any automotive need. 5 stars

Have purchased six new vehicles over a seven year period, 3 Jeeps, 2 trucks, 1 Chrysler 300. Get regular servicing as required to maintain running efficiently. Have enjoyed the service received from this dealership. Love our sales person, Travis, has become like family. Pricing very fair and service techs do top notch work.

We brought our 2015 Fiat into Lithia Fiat of Eugene OR for service and to get an estimate for fixing the dash lights. Well the service department was wonderful, not only did we get our Fiat serviced in record time but we were contacted in the waiting room to ensure we were comfortable while waiting. We were also offered a snack for free. The service people were great, a part was needed to fix our dash lamps and they took all the necessary information down so they could order the necessary parts to repair our dash lights, now we are simply looking forward to a time when the dealer and us can get the parts installed. Great service! Fast, efficient and friendly customer service. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I did not have to wait to check in. All in all, it was a much better experience than I have experienced with other dealerships.

I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

TL;DR They broke a part on my truck and refused to replace it. I recently took my truck in for an issue with the rear window. I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple body and glass shops, and finally took it to the dealer hoping they would have a quick fix. I detailed to the service advisor that only one small part on the regulator for the backlite window was malfunctioning. The cable spooler and motor were working correctly. I demonstrated for him opening and closing the window and was very explicit that the tech needed to focus on only the one part. When I got my truck back, the tech recommended an entire new regulator, to the tune of $1200, the part being only $200. I questioned the advisor, so he, the tech, and I all went out to the truck so the tech could show why he recommended such. He then showed that the cable inside the spooler had come unwound and was fraying and binding, which it was not when I dropped the truck off. When I asked why he hadn't looked at the one part I had pointed out, he said they normally just glue those down. I asked the advisor what the dealership was going to do since they had broken a part that was in working order before they touched it and he said they couldn't be held liable. The next day, I called the Service Manager. I told him the entire story, and he spoke to the tech (the advisor apparently quit that very night), then called me in the morning offering to go half on the labor for the replacement. Since Chrysler lists it as 4 hours for a 30 minute job, that would still be far higher cost than for me to replace it myself, so I refused. I should count myself lucky it's only a $200 part and they didn't break anything else.
