I had the pleasure of working with Amanda at Driveway, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about her. She was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout my car-buying process. From the very beginning, Amanda listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and kept checking in on me without ever being pushy or salesy. Even when she went on holiday for the 4th of July, she didn’t forget about me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle with cash (outside of Driveway) because of delays with my credit union, and the very next day, Amanda called me to follow up. She was genuinely happy that I found a vehicle and immediately followed up with an email to confirm my down payment would be refunded. Amanda is the kind of person who makes you feel seen and valued. She was down to earth, relatable, and treated me like more than just a customer. I would absolutely love to work with her again in the future and will 100% return to Driveway the next time I need a vehicle, as long as Amanda is the one helping me.
