I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Juan was so easy to work with and never pushed what so ever. He knew every feature of the car and wanted to make sure we were happy start to finish. Matt in finance made literal magic happen. I got a brand new car without having a 800 credit score with a reasonable interest rate and ZERO down. I wish every car purchase went this smoothly. It literally took an hour at most and we were on the road. Buying your car from Auto Ranch is worth the drive. It really really is.

Overall, positive experience. Dane was wonderful, was attentive to our needs, and took great care of us. After receiving the car, our inspection uncovered warped brake rotors and need of a transmission flush which didn't show up on the dealer's inspection. Paperwork took a bit longer than expected, had to request an extension to the temporary registration, and then the actual plate and registration arrived a couple of weeks later so all worked out.

Great service department would take my vehicle for that but I will never buy a vehicle from them again. The truck wouldn’t start after the first 274 miles. Service was great but couldn’t duplicate the problem so nothing was done. The next six times that I returned it still no answer. 33 days in the shop with no fix now Stellantis states tha it does not qualify for the Lemmon law probably will never go to a place with the service writer Stellantis again

Update When Bryan returned, he personally reached out to me about the bumper damage. He asked for photos and quickly arranged a repair tech who had it seamlessly fixed in less than a day. He took my concerns seriously, didn’t backpedal, and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency. His customer service is truly exceptional. The original repairs we were actually in for have also held up perfectly. The work was completed competently, and we’ve had zero issues with those repairs since picking up the vehicle. Now that the cosmetic damage has been addressed as well, the car looks and performs exactly as it should. A big thanks to the tech, an artist, really, for doing such beautiful work, and again to Alex for keeping up good communication throughout this process, as well as Bryan for resolving everything so promptly. While I was frustrated with parts of the process, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Bryan, Alex, and the repair tech in making things right. Big THANKS! It took them just shy of 3 weeks to complete repairs. I’ll give them a little grace since one part was delayed in shipping, and I’ll give Alex credit for mostly keeping me updated during that time. The major issue: they clearly damaged my bumper while removing it to complete the repairs. Not only is there a crack, but also fracture lines in the paint. I reported this immediately, and hours later they called me claiming they had “noted the damage” when my vehicle was first brought in. I call absolute xx. My vehicle has never been in an accident, fender bender, or even a curb scrape. Then they doubled down and said the manager saw it on arrival, yet that same manager doesn’t answer calls or return voicemails. Wild how none of my paperwork mentions any damage, and nobody said a word during the entire process. Adding notes after the fact to cover themselves is shady and dishonest. This vehicle was purchased through them along with the extended warranty they sold me. Imagine a dealer charging such premium labor rates that the service contracts they sell don’t even cover their own rate. If they’re going to pay themselves premium rates, repairs should be completed on time and vehicles should be returned in the same condition, or better, not damaged. Instead, I got premium pricing, zero accountability, and my car back with damage. Fix one issue to create another... Guess thats their idea of job security. And if management shows up on this review claiming they have “no record” or that the damage was already there: double-check your own records. I’ve already called. I’ve already asked for proof. Produce the original notes and photos from drop-off, not backdated, adulterated paperwork added after the fact. I’ll be reporting this experience to every outlet I can to save someone else the headache. Roberson will never get my business again, on either sales or service. Best of luck to Alex, he seems like a good human working for a shady employer.

I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly! I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

I would not do business here guys live a year later the transmission goes out transmission cost is $7000. Their answer to me was well. It had a little bit of life left into it this pick up I have always babied because the first day I drove it. I said it was slipping a little bit. They said it was perfectly fine. That's what it does. I'm not a mechanic so I took their word, a little behold it goes out. I've babied this since I bought it. I only tow when I need to. It was a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.7 diesel engine state of Oregon not supposed to sell deleted diesels and let be hold I found out this one was deleted. The legacy never told me that it was deleted they just told me I didn't have to use def. And as somebody that's never owned a diesel I didn't know. So I'm wondering if this had to do anything to hurt why the transmission went out if it was a program right or anything? nobody has reached out to contact me about anything to make this, right? The response was well it must had a little life in the transmission since it lasted over a little bit over a year. Thanks legacy never will do business with you guys. I will let everybody know what type of company you guys are. I will leave reviews everywhere that I can to make sure that nobody has to go through what I've gone through. Here is their exact response We are sorry to hear about your transmission issues. It's very hard to estimate the life of a transmission if it is shifting through the gears correctly and the fluids look right. Since you purchased the truck a year and a half ago, it clearly had some life left in it when you bought it but a big unexpected expense like that is frustrating at best. I assume from this that you did not buy the warranty we offer all customers when they buy a used vehicle and It sounds like you may have already gotten it repaired Really do they think most people have $7000 just lying around
