We were looking to purchase a used Toyota 4runner, looking online we came across a great deal at Sheppard Motors Hyundai in Eugene Oregon. We contacted the dealership and dealt with a salesman by the name of Jose Sanchez who was very professional and friendly. We drove to Eugene from Salem and Jose met us at the front door with a smile and laid back positive attitude. We are both a bit of a smartass and Jose was able to join in a little while staying professional. My wife really stresses about car shopping so this made it so easy and made her comfortable. The overall experience was great and I would recommend anyone to go in to Sheppard Motors ask for Jose he will treat you well and help take the stress of buying a car away.

After buying my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid I had the complimentary maintenance visits but this was my first having to pay. Found a bunch of coupons online which reduced the cost of the overall service charge, some services were free anyway. Johnny Griffiths, my service advisor, a calm, pleasant guy, was very patient explaining the service we needed given the low mileage, answering our nit-picky questions and clarifying the end charges. We were also able to use our synthetic oil and filter and just charged for labor. I felt listened to, never pressured and got the service I expected. Plus I love the car.

He went as far as contacting the factory to get the best possible advice on how to solve my automated light system problem. You can go anywhere to get your Hyundai serviced, but if you demand the best, then Dick’s is the only place for you 😊👍🏻

Bryce has followed up with us after the purchase, these newer cars have lots of different features our trade in didn't have. He's a patient and great teacher. overall 5/5. they were super helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about ensuring i got a car at a fair price. I live over an hour away and was not able to make it back up, but Mark drove down, and by that afternoon i was driving home in new car, with no money down, and no payment for the first 90days. free service and oil change for 2 years. i would recommend them to anyone with good credit.
