Very friendly and supportive staff. Withnell consultant Victor was patient, respectful and most importantly listened to what I wanted taking the time to help me find the perfect rig that checked all my boxes. Therefore, making this buying experience one if not the best ever -and I'm old, plus a bit cranky -my apologies Victor! If I had any questions about Hyundai's onboard technology and warranty or a used vehicles tech and warranty (which Withnell's warranty is awesome btw), he always answered them on the spot or found the answer and quickly communicated it via a phone call or text. After test driving a few vehicles, I landed on the Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited and I couldn't be more pleased with this rig I lovingly call it my Korean El Camino and absolutely love it! Thank you, Victor, for your integrity, expertise, honesty, communication and most of all your patience. Finance Manager Dillon was also super friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I had the best rate available, saving me money. Thank you for your integrity. We were looking to purchase a used Toyota 4runner, looking online we came across a great deal at Sheppard Motors Hyundai in Eugene Oregon. We contacted the dealership and dealt with a salesman by the name of Jose Sanchez who was very professional and friendly. We drove to Eugene from Salem and Jose met us at the front door with a smile and laid back positive attitude. We are both a bit of a smartass and Jose was able to join in a little while staying professional. My wife really stresses about car shopping so this made it so easy and made her comfortable. The overall experience was great and I would recommend anyone to go in to Sheppard Motors ask for Jose he will treat you well and help take the stress of buying a car away.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Morgan Dielman in the service department. I visited the dealership to get my tire pressures checked and refilled in my 2021 Kia Sorento (Because Kia of Medford, just across the street, well.... Uh, no), and Morgan went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. From the moment I arrived, Morgan greeted me with a friendly and professional demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer. No appointment, walk in no charge tire pressure adjustment with an off brand vehicle. Could I get worse?? Morgan picked up the ball and smashed it for a (Seahawks) touchdown. She immediately greeted me, heard what I was asking for and didn't blink an eye. She even walked me into the customer lounge and directed me to the (much needed) coffee machine Morgan's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. Not only did they promptly address my tire pressure concerns, but they also took the time to explain the importance of proper tire maintenance and provided helpful tips to ensure optimal performance. Morgan's dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and their willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting positive impression.
