After purchasing the car Tristin spent time to show the features before driving off the lot. The car was also very clean before we took possession. Financing was explained in detail before signing. 10/10 recommend Driveway if you are looking for a vehicle. They have a huge inventory and I got to do it all while at work. Another big perk is that I get seven days with the vehicle before I’m fully locked in. The process was extremely smooth and simple and the communication was absolutely fantastic. Megan was my agent and walked me through the whole process in one phone call! Lily was her supervisor and was able to assist with any additional questions I had while Megan was away from her desk so I never went without attention. I will definitely purchase through Driveway again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Acura of Portland. We were in contact with Hector who was very helpful, but Daniel helped us when at the location. Daniel was extremely accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with regarding the goal of my visit. Daniel brought out multiple keys to let us see different models, took us for a test drive, and even stood late along with the manager and financial colleagues. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the experience. Thank you again to the staff at Acura of Portland and Daniel for helping me get the upgrade that was much deserved.

We came into the dealership to see a 2012 Cadillac SRX that had just arrived. Caitlin assisted us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Her familiarity with the car was very impressive! It was hard to find a car to compete with our older Infiniti, but this car did and then some! Wow!
