Overall, positive experience. Dane was wonderful, was attentive to our needs, and took great care of us. After receiving the car, our inspection uncovered warped brake rotors and need of a transmission flush which didn't show up on the dealer's inspection. Paperwork took a bit longer than expected, had to request an extension to the temporary registration, and then the actual plate and registration arrived a couple of weeks later so all worked out.

Going to a dealership used to bother the heck out of me. Yet at Acura Dick Hannah, the service and staff were a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products and systems. Always available to answer any questions you may have about finance mechanics and what suits your needs was a pleasant experience.

Tristan was amazing! The only issue we had was the truck we bought was not cleaned and did not have gas in it, we didn't notice till we were half way home (2 hours away). Thinking it was the gas gage I called they said to fill up and the would reimburse ND and send us a check, nothing yet!!!
