I've been bringing my Volvo to this dealership for two - jberch
I've been bringing my Volvo to this dealership for two years. It has been a constant battle to just get them to answer the phone. I scheduled a service visit online and was told "we don't use those." Apparently they call everyone who schedules online and re-schedules them.
I left a message (because I couldn't talk to a real person) about a serious issue with my car and 24 hours later they still hadn't called back.
I specifically had issues with Devyn. I left my car for a week, called the Friday before my scheduled pickup on Monday and never received a return call. I was ON MY WAY to the dealership to pick up my car on Monday, and they had not even STARTED on the work. I talked to the service manager who said, "Oh. I'll talk to him about it." Shameful.
Every time I'm in the dealership it's like I'm an inconvenience. If you live in the Tulsa area, you should re-consider purchasing a Volvo, because any attempts at service will be frustrating and disappointing at best.
