I recently visited your dealership, I had a very nice salesperson, of which I can’t recall his name. I do know he was the salesman of the month and is driving a blue, I believe Atlas. He gave me his card and the name of the car I am interested in, but I have misplaced the card. I was driving a red 2025 Honda CRV. I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience at Bob Moore VW! Chandi, my service adviser, was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but he also went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. He made sure they honored the extra insurance I’d been paying for, saving me a huge headache and expense. On top of that, the entire service process was quick and seamless. Chandi even arranged an Uber so I could get around while my car was in the shop, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready to go. After this fantastic experience, I’m definitely switching from Oklahoma City VW to Bob Moore VW for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Five stars all the way!

Don’t waste your time with this dealer. Made an appointment to test drive two vehicles. I live 30 mins away (hour round trip). I get there and they do not let you test drive unless you agree to their OTD price, prior to even being able to drive the car. Oh and ask them about their $2k+ in dealer addons. This isn’t 2020-2023 anymore. These dealerships need to figure it out before their 2020 profits run out and they close their doors for good. Waste of time and effort. Trust me, there are better dealerships out there. Fowler dealerships use to be great before 2020.
