I came here because the Tulsa location could not accommodate me in a timely fashion and I was so impressed with this dealership that I will not be going back to Tulsa. Kristina Parsons was absolutely fabulous, kind, helpful, and just the best. Also, Micheal Cargile went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and even pointed out some issues with past services that were performed unnecessarily (by the Tulsa Volver dealership). I will definitely be purchasing my next Volvo from Volvo Cars Oklahoma City! Almost forgot, Jim the Service Manager was also great and took the time to discuss the unnecessary services that were performed on my car at the Tulsa dealership.

We had purchased my last car from this dealership, which was under different ownership/management a little over two years ago, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I didn't even really want to come in there, but they had the car I wanted. To my surprise, the new ownership completely changed that experience! I did everything online, and when I got to the dealership I test drove my pilot and went straight to finance. I was in finance maybe 30 minutes and in total maybe an hour at the dealership. This was the easiest quickest place I’ve been to purchase a vehicle.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

I do have some credit challenges and they were able to get me done below 21% that I was told at other dealerships I would have to have. I am very happy with the hoops they jumped through to make a deal happen for me.

Liars. Four wasted trips. Told I would revive a check for the MULTIPLE wasted trips. Bought a Renagade paperwork said VW Passat. Two weeks later have lots of dashboard lights come on. Was told to bring it up. I did nothing was done. My paperwork hasn’t went through. Why could they look that up with me three but not in the phone BEFORE I drive 40 min for NOTHING? Joe Smelling is a liar and uncaring person. He only worries about money. On Google I got a generic response like people are getting here. Do NOT use the dealership. Ever. I’m told to calm down and my attitude is not needed but keep getting told LIES, wasted trips to do NOTHING to my car. I’m begging you go elsewhere. I am reviewing them EVERYWHERE I can. Terrible place!
