ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Can we PLEASE take a minute to appreciate the service department at Midtown Kia?! I went in for what I thought would be just a routine oil change, and somehow they turned it into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. From the second I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The whole process was so smooth and efficient. They got me checked in quickly, kept me updated the entire time, and had my car finished before I knew it. The waiting area was spotless, comfortable, and made the time fly by. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and it truly shows. Finding a place that treats both you and your vehicle with this much care is rare these days. They made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another appointment on the schedule. A HUGE thank you to the entire Midtown Kia service team for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer! If you’re looking for a dealership that delivers exceptional service, amazing people, and makes something as simple as an oil change feel like a VIP experience, Midtown Kia is the place to go. Service was fine, except they tried to sell me some additives for a crazy price. Sure hope a car with 6000 miles on it really doesn't require a bunch of snake oils to keep it running properly.

Wayne Runnels was wonderful to work with during our shopping experience! (We dislike car shopping!) Bob Moore was our first stop. Wayne helped us decide which model and trim package. After the test drive, we explained there were a couple of other brands that we wanted to look at before making a decision. Wayne was totally understanding and absolutely no pressure. After a couple of other car dealerships, we called Wayne and said we are on our way back to complete the purchase. Wayne walked us through the process, and it was quick! Definitely would recommend Bob Moore Kia and Wayne Runnels!

Eddie is the worst salesman and lied to me more than - Doug

Eddie is the worst salesman and lied to me more than anyone has in my entire life. I don’t think he told the truth once to me that day. He lied about everything. Even the type of bottle water he gave me he lied about. He goes to the back to get payment numbers for me to get financed. First off he takes forever. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO GO TO FINANCE AND GET NUMBERS. He sits back there and laughs about how he’s about to screw you over. It is their tactic to keep you there as long as possible so you get desperate to leave and will sign any deal. Any deal he offers can and will be beat by Kalidy Kia. They will also not lie to you. Their finance guy will be honest if you can afford it or not. Kalidy Kia does not try to screw your over and WILL NOT lie. Eddie even lies about window tinting. He says HE has a friend that tints windows. It’s not his friend the whole dealership uses them. He even lied about that. Which doesn’t even matter if it’s his friend or not. He just wanted to throw another lie in there. He did this to a disabled veteran and took high advantage of me. Please support a veteran who was taken advantage of and go somewhere else. Boomer Kia prides in hiring people like Eddie who screw veterans over and over and over again. Kalidy Kia or anywhere where Eddie does not work. Eddie takes advantage of anyone who does not know what they are doing. He is the biggest lliar by far I promise. He will mark the car up or take money off of your trade in. Anything to get an extra dollar in his pocket. The most dishonest salesman ever.

Shady!!!! - Mad/Mike

Place is a joke!! We were there two different times trying to test drive a vehicle. First time 3/17/18 they said the battery was bad in the car. Nobody wanted to put one in the vehicle so we could test drive it. Came back on 4/14/18 just to see if the vehicle was still there. It was. We went in to ask to test drive the vehicle and was told that they didn't have the keys and we couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were being audited. The sales guy Mr. Jones was trying to help us and offered to go buy a battery with his own money which I thought was pretty strange. He was not there again the second time. The dealership is very shady! What dealership wouldn't go above and beyond to get you in a car or have a battery in there service center? Shady!!!!!!
