This visit my contact was Ryan who was thoughtful and kept me informed of the progress on my car and items that needed attention. I was confident when I left that my car was in great shape and would be fine until my next visit in 2,500 miles.

If you're hard up for a vehicle they have the right program for you where they put you on a vehicle that breaks down constantly then I asked you what you did wrong to it in the end you end up giving the vehicle back to them because you're so frustrated the vehicle goes to auction sells for nothing the dealership takes you to court to get the rest of their money that's how this dealership makes their money and the whole time everybody in that dealership is acting like your best friend while they're stabbing you in the back.

Problem with transmission from day one,seat belts cut. Couldn't find issue to fix transmission and won't go the 50/50 to help fix it because they couldn't find the problem and said the company that does work for them couldn't either. Problem is it was looked at by a transmisssion shop who said it needed rebuilt or changed and that was ignored but they paid to have him look at it. Now the transmission has to be replaced or rebuilt at our expense only and it has been an continual problem. We were told by an Police officer it should have never been sold with seat belts that way we only got silence we they were told and now we have to see they get replaced to be legal. The salesman was and is awesome but he can only do as his boss allows. We love the truck itself and they aren't easy to find. We said that we would go back when we got ready for another truck again but once the truck was ours things changed service wise and our attitudes have changed.

Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle. We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.

After reading other reviews, I was a little skeptical. The team seemed competent and mostly honest, you can never say for certain. As always, buyer beware...but beware of not doing your own research! Dealers always represent the clean cars as having been well maintained so you should always be skeptical. We drove 2 cars and the Nissan was a definite no, but the Malibu was a strong maybe.

We just happened across the place as we were car shopping all over between Cincinnati and Dayton. He was a nice guy, reasonably priced, good decent cars. Didn't give us the run around that others had done. Very honest and by the book. We will be back there next time we need a car.
