The people were very friendly and were willing to work with me to get whatever I wanted/needed. They worked with me on the down payment and moved quickly to get me into the car. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I think this was the smoothest purchase I've ever made. They were honest about the history of the used vehicle I purchased and even provided pictures of other vehicles I was interested in that had been restored. Thanks Mission!!

I bought a used car (2012 Nissan Versa) from Nationwide Automotive Group (Monroe) 3 months back. After 3 months my car broke down on the highway and the speed was not going above 40 MPH. I had to tow the car to the nearest service center.They had suggested for the service check to the Nissan service center. After couple of days my car broke down again but luckily not on the highway I had spent money again in towing it to nissan service center. Nissan guys told me the car has transmission issue and it already had a junk transmission (old) whose record was not present in the carfax and Dealer had not informed me anything on this. When I called the dealer (Nationwide Automotive Group) regarding this issue they are not taking any responsibility of it. All my money gone in vain within 3 months of buying this car apart of it I had spent $900 more for servicing and towing. I had a very bad experience from Nationwide Automotive Group and I wont recommend it to anyone who is planning to buy a used car. I have to spend $4000 again to get a new transmission (CVT) just after 3 months of buying a car.

I just purchased my second car from North Coast. As expected, the experience was incredible. I found the vehicle I wanted online on Monday. Submitted my loan request Monday night. I was pre-approved within minutes. I went to the dealership on Thursday and my sales rep Mike was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. I took the car for a test drive and within an hour my paperwork was ready and I was happily on my home in a beautiful 2021 BMW. North Coast was very transparent regarding the pricing and protection options. I purchased an extended warranty from NVP which I cannot stress enough how amazing this warranty is. On my last vehicle from North Coast I had an engine failure three years into owning the vehicle. The NVP warranty fully covered my engine replacement and in just one claim it more than paid for itself. I will not hesitate to make a future purchase from North Coast. They make the purchasing process easy and stress free and the vehicle pricing is unrivaled. I cannot thank the North Coast team enough!

Good evening this was a very unfortunate circumstances concerning this dealership! The website showed a 2013 white BMW X3 everything looked like it was great. Looks are deceiving Alan the owner was fully aware that this was a salvage vehicle and he never disclosed that when he took my money. I took it to my personal mechanic and they informed me that this was a salvage junkyard engine inside this vehicle that was swapped out then there's numerous of parts that does not belong to this vehicle. Requested several times to get a refund back because he fraudulently took my money and knew that this was a damaged vehicle and now I am seeking legal representation to get all my money back from this terrible unprofessional experience. If you are still wanting to purchase a vehicle from Prudential leasing Auto you need to thoroughly have a mechanic with you to check your vehicle so you are not in this situation im I am going to make sure the Nobody ends up like how I did. Alan you're not going to get away with this one I'm reporting you to every agency that I have to to let them know that your company is fraudulent and I will get my money back

Car was supposed to have a 3.3 but has a 2.2 motor. spent 1800.00 in various parts, everytime we tried putting part that is supposed to be for the actual car with right motor, it would not fit. come to find out it had wrong motor in it. Major oil leak, starter rod bent,exhaust, ignition, and many other failures, then went out of business. There is a lemon law you crooked greedy xxx. Shame on you

I had been looking for a mini van for about 3 weeks and had looked at over a dozen. I had never heard of Reser, as I'm from Bellefontaine, but they turned up a search on autotrader in a van that suited me. I spoke to a salesman named Andy, who may have been the most down to earth salesman I've ever met. He let me take the van out for the whole day. I told him when I arrived back from the test drive what I liked and what I didn't. He never pressured me or made me feel like if I didn't buy it I would be missing out. We worked out a great price and I bought the van that day. From all the other vans I looked at I found the best one on this small lot priced well under what I would have paid at a larger lot. While I was signing paperwork the owner, Gary, went out and cleaned the glass, gave me some gas, and installed my plates. Of all the dealers and salesman I've met and done business with, this one was the best. The large dealerships could learn a thing or two from these boys!

I've been buying cars from Rose automotive since I got my license (which totals to 3 cars). They are the absolute best! I have been to some dealerships that pressured me and gave me the run around, tried to trick me into things. As a young woman I must look like an easy target, but that was NEVER the case with rose automotive. They listened to everything I wanted and needed. They continue to go out of their way each and every time to find me exactly what I'm looking for. They always treated me so well and gave me the best possible prices. I will recommend them forever. RUN!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I purchased a car for my youngest TWO weeks ago for $3500. After ONE WEEK the fly wheel failed and we were quoted $2300 to fix it. I called the owner, Brad, and explained that the car wasn't even driven for two weeks to see if we could come to an agreement...basically said, too bad.

This is the only dealership that in my 51 years that treated me like family for real. I came in the door a stranger - a customer. However somewhere between coming in and my final purchase agreement I and they became family. They are there for the customer all the way. Sims Mitsubishi treats you like you matter and what's concerning matters. This is the best dealer I have ever experienced and even though I live 4 hours a way I will be back to buy my next car.
