If you're looking for a good car buying experience, don't walk, but RUN from Hall's auto Sales. If you get a salesperson named Tom, expect him to be a complete jerk. Don't ask about price, he'll simply hang up on you. Their website is pitiful when it comes to car shopping. Not only is their sad excuse for a website, it's not user friendly, every car is kept a secret how much the car is forcing you to call. This is obviously their way of controlling their customers into paying as much as possible for a car, instead of offering good deals. Anyone that buys a car occasionally knows that good customer service and offering great deals is the way to win customers, not hanging up on them and keeping it a secret how much cars are.

This business told my husband they would hold a truck to be purchased until he drove there as it was a 4 1/2 hour drive. My husband was 20 minutes away when they called and said they sold it. That was 9 hours of travel plus $90 in gas that Herrnstein had my husband waste! No compensation! They also relisted the truck on their website for a higher price the next day!

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. If you would like help securing one for yourself I am in the business and there are dealers willing to work with you and your credit situation. I WOULDNT WANT A MAN THAT DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER PROPERLY RUNNING MY BUSINESS. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID SO I HAD TO CALL HIM AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I will tell you this you will never be pressured or feel uncomfortable at Jerry’s Auto Mart, they will let you test drives and answered every question you have. The owner Jay was dishonest with me about EVERYTHING!!!! 1) He priced truck for 11,000. Then when I said it seemed steep, he stated you would work with me. On paper work that he would not sit down & discuss with me because he was “too busy” so he had an assistant do. The truck was priced at 11,995.00- THAT IS NOT 11,000.00 2.) On day 5/3/22 HE stated that finance company required 2000.00 down. I stated all I had was 1500.00 as we had agreed on. JAY stated don’t worry I will put you down for 2000. 00 and when we get tax check I will take my 500.00 then. JAY nor his assistant put 2000.00. As confirmed with finance company as well as my contract… I was only credited for 1500.00 — Which is 100% provided by me. I asked his assistant because Jay left to sell another vehicle. She confirmed that Jay got it to go through for my 1500. I was assured all was approved and accurate. Now… Here we are 45 days in and I can’t get tags because Jay has not paid taxes to Ohio or Kentucky. Neither state had released a title. Jay will not respond to messages nor calls and he clearly did not assist me in any way financially! •Jay lied about price then bounced at signing so I couldn’t get an answer. I swallowed that. •Jay lied about the 500.00 towards deposit and it had been confirmed on my contract and with finance company that I was only credited for my 1500.00 •Jay lied about the condition of truck. Headlights went out as soon as they were on long enough to get hot. Both had to be replaced due to seal and moisture •Universal Joint had to be replaced with in the first month. I was advised that was the popping noise that Jay & his mechanic told me that I was NOT hearing. •Sensor is costing 480.00 to fix due to it is hard to get to. •AND the rocker are a job to fix as well. The lowest quote I have got for those is parts 260. With minimum labor of 1200. THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH Jay at Jordan Auto Sales
