I'm really frustrated with the car they sold me. It's been in the shop 5 times since Oct 2020 (when I purchased it). Over $1500 and looking at another $700+ for an ac compressor. Seems like everything that can fail pretty much has including but not limited to: MAF sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, fuel injectors, coolant system leaks, ac compressor, coil packs, oxygen sensor, rear wheel sensor, spark plugs, passenger seat belt sensor has never worked properly. They assured me they had inspected the car and it was in great shape. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you buy from them learn from mistake and get the car independently inspected.

OMG. What a terrible experience. I tried to buy a used 2017 Cadillac ATS there after finding it online. I made an appointment on Thursday to see it and drive it on Monday morning at 9:15 AM. On Saturday, I get a reminder of of our meeting on Monday at 1:15 PM. I quickly remind them that the scheduled time is 9:15AM. I get there and the salesman is 10 minutes late. He goes to get the car out of the lot and says sorry it took so long, I had to put some air in the tires. I drive the car and it vibrates at 65MPH. I drive back and look it over and it is absolutely filthy. Especially under the hood. I tell him during negotiations that it needs new tires, at minimum, balanced and check for perhaps a bent rim. That the car needs a complete detail including wash, wax, interior, trunk and engine compartment. After hearing this sales person break promise after promise, telling me lie after lie, giving me the old standard used car salesman lines like, "better hurry, someone else is on the way" and finally ghosting me, I gave up and bought elsewhere. The absolute worst salesperson I've ever had the dis-pleasure of trying to deal with. I don't know if it was just him or the entire company culture, but I'll certainly never be back and I would encourage anyone else to turn and run. What a xxxx show. I'm giving 1 star because I don't have to option of giving no stars on this review board.

Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle. We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.

False advertising. Salesman lied about a jeep having a clear title. The very first question I asked was, “this doesn’t have a salvage title right?” “No, it has a clear title” he says. Negotiated financing for two hours. Agreed on an acceptable monthly payment combined with a down payment. Ran our credit and approved us. The ad referred to the vehicle as being well maintained, however he told us after running our credit that the jeep actually had a salvage title due to being stolen AND wrecked! That’s false advertising imo. You can’t say a car has been well maintained when the xxxx thing was stolen. Who knows what happened to it? Did the thieves maintain it well when they had it in their possession? I wouldn’t have let them run my credit if they would have told the truth to begin with. I might have even bought a more expensive jeep if I got some honesty from the start! He referred to this as a “minor hiccup.” Ha xxx!?! He said the monthly payment would actually go up about $40 per month because of the salvage title right before we were getting close to the paperwork. The salesman knew all along the jeep had a salvage title. I wasted 3 hours of my life on nothing short of a dirty trick. What car salesman doesn’t know which vehicles have salvage titles on their own xxxx (very small) car lot? They either lied or they’re ignorant and I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from neither. Avoid this place at all costs! Nothing but thieves selling junk bought from insurance companies. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.

Called on a Saturday morning about a used car listed for sale. Was told that the salesman had taken the vehicle with him and would be back with it on Monday. I told them I would be there at 9:00 am when they opened but was told to call first to make sure what time he would be in. Called back shortly after that on Saturday to ask if they would assure that I would get first opportunity to view. Was told by the owner that I would. Called Monday morning at 9:00 and was told they would call me back when they heard from salesman. They did call back about 9:20 to say that salesman was there, and he had let another person test drive. Again, they assured me that I would get first chance at the car. I had told them I was an hour away and would leave immediately. 40 minutes into my drive they called and informed me that they just sold the car. Obviously, they are not trustworthy and honest in dealing with potential customers. Disappointing for a family run business.

I buy my cars here and have for 20+ years. Their deals are so good my sister (South Orange, New jersey) buys her cars exclusively from here. I would buy any make or model Steve sells because he will stand behind it. They care about the customers and consequently, they have LOTS of return business. There is no pressure to buy, just honest straight forward deals.

Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. I ended up buying 2013 dodge avenger and I loved everything about it. if you are looking for a cheap but valuable car I would recommend anyone 1st quality sales.

Sales Representative (Tom Cox) sold us a demo and assured us 5 times before we purchased the car that it had a six disc cd player. Mr. Cox had been the diver of this "demo" car for 6 months so we trusted his word about the features of this car. After repeated calls to him about it not having the cd player he told us he made a mistake but assured us that he would have one installed at no cost to us. After three weeks of trying to get this completed he finally told us he would not install the cd player. This dealership now states that they told us ahead of time that it did not have this feature, A COMPLETE LIE!!! They have never called to see about our satisfaction with the car, they do not return calls, they lied about the features of the car, made promises and then broke the promises. When questioned by their corporate office about our claims, they lied!! I have never dealt with such an unethical and untrustworthy group of individuals. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!

Tom showed me around the lot looking at several options and did not pressure me to buy a van I was not interested in. I hope he continues to stay in contact with me until we find the right fit. Low mile cargo van under $25k with less than 30k miles.

While at first, they seemed very honest, upstanding and friendly, they are truly one of those places that just want to get a sale. Once you've signed the papers, that's all you get. In addition, they sold me a lemon of a car that died the second day we owned it! Replaced the starter only to have it die again 6 days later with more serious problems. I seriously hope that what goes around comes around, because they KNEW what kind of car they were selling me (for a young person learning to drive, no less) and they seemed to be able to sell it without any bad feelings or upset. I will never go back and I suggest you never try them.

They seemed very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. I would go back to them to buy another car. I highly recommend going here for a car. The quality of the car is amazing. The prices are more than what I’m used to paying but I did get a better car than I have ever gotten before
