False advertising. Salesman lied about a jeep having a clear title. The very first question I asked was, “this doesn’t have a salvage title right?” “No, it has a clear title” he says. Negotiated financing for two hours. Agreed on an acceptable monthly payment combined with a down payment. Ran our credit and approved us. The ad referred to the vehicle as being well maintained, however he told us after running our credit that the jeep actually had a salvage title due to being stolen AND wrecked! That’s false advertising imo. You can’t say a car has been well maintained when the xxxx thing was stolen. Who knows what happened to it? Did the thieves maintain it well when they had it in their possession? I wouldn’t have let them run my credit if they would have told the truth to begin with. I might have even bought a more expensive jeep if I got some honesty from the start! He referred to this as a “minor hiccup.” Ha xxx!?! He said the monthly payment would actually go up about $40 per month because of the salvage title right before we were getting close to the paperwork. The salesman knew all along the jeep had a salvage title. I wasted 3 hours of my life on nothing short of a dirty trick. What car salesman doesn’t know which vehicles have salvage titles on their own xxxx (very small) car lot? They either lied or they’re ignorant and I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from neither. Avoid this place at all costs! Nothing but thieves selling junk bought from insurance companies. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.

Called on a Saturday morning about a used car listed for sale. Was told that the salesman had taken the vehicle with him and would be back with it on Monday. I told them I would be there at 9:00 am when they opened but was told to call first to make sure what time he would be in. Called back shortly after that on Saturday to ask if they would assure that I would get first opportunity to view. Was told by the owner that I would. Called Monday morning at 9:00 and was told they would call me back when they heard from salesman. They did call back about 9:20 to say that salesman was there, and he had let another person test drive. Again, they assured me that I would get first chance at the car. I had told them I was an hour away and would leave immediately. 40 minutes into my drive they called and informed me that they just sold the car. Obviously, they are not trustworthy and honest in dealing with potential customers. Disappointing for a family run business.

I buy my cars here and have for 20+ years. Their deals are so good my sister (South Orange, New jersey) buys her cars exclusively from here. I would buy any make or model Steve sells because he will stand behind it. They care about the customers and consequently, they have LOTS of return business. There is no pressure to buy, just honest straight forward deals.

Terry went above and beyond when financing our vehicle. He tried multiple financial institutions, and he advocated for our case. Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. Additionally, we had a trade-in that was not running, and Terry stayed late on a Saturday to tow the vehicle, designate a loner vehicle, and secure an appointment for early the following week. my experience at 1st quality sales was great, everyone that worked there was super helpful and one salesman that helped me out the most was a guy named Ben, he made sure I got the car that would fit my needs. I ended up buying 2013 dodge avenger and I loved everything about it. if you are looking for a cheap but valuable car I would recommend anyone 1st quality sales.

Sales Representative (Tom Cox) sold us a demo and assured us 5 times before we purchased the car that it had a six disc cd player. Mr. Cox had been the diver of this "demo" car for 6 months so we trusted his word about the features of this car. After repeated calls to him about it not having the cd player he told us he made a mistake but assured us that he would have one installed at no cost to us. After three weeks of trying to get this completed he finally told us he would not install the cd player. This dealership now states that they told us ahead of time that it did not have this feature, A COMPLETE LIE!!! They have never called to see about our satisfaction with the car, they do not return calls, they lied about the features of the car, made promises and then broke the promises. When questioned by their corporate office about our claims, they lied!! I have never dealt with such an unethical and untrustworthy group of individuals. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!

I no longer look to a dealership for a cargo van due to their over inflated prices and concerned more about your trade in if you have one. Tom showed me around the lot looking at several options and did not pressure me to buy a van I was not interested in. I hope he continues to stay in contact with me until we find the right fit. Low mile cargo van under $25k with less than 30k miles.

While at first, they seemed very honest, upstanding and friendly, they are truly one of those places that just want to get a sale. Once you've signed the papers, that's all you get. In addition, they sold me a lemon of a car that died the second day we owned it! Replaced the starter only to have it die again 6 days later with more serious problems. I seriously hope that what goes around comes around, because they KNEW what kind of car they were selling me (for a young person learning to drive, no less) and they seemed to be able to sell it without any bad feelings or upset. I will never go back and I suggest you never try them.

I first met Sam a couple of years ago, I was delivering a shipment to him. We spoke for awhile and I was impressed by his knowledge and personality. I too work on cars but as a hobby. I never saw him again till I bought another car. A Triumph Spitfire. It's a British car and I was looking for some parts and advice. British cars have a different type of carburetor than the American cars I worked on. I wasn't having any luck with parts locally. That brought me to the internet and a Google search. Guess who's name came up? I remembered him right away. The first time I was there the lot was full of cars from MG's to a couple of Rolls Royce's. If they would trust those cars to him I felt like I could trust my car with him. Well I went to see him and he rebuilt the carburetor for my Spitfire and I couldn't be more pleased. I would go there again. I read some of the reviews before I went and am very thankful for this service, I think it is a good guide for making informed decisions. .

Spent 3 days in the Cincinnati office and the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. From losing the trade in appraisal 2 different times, couldn’t get a printer to work, changing the down payment and just absolute lack of concern for their customers. This store should be ashamed of how they operate and just close their doors if this is how they do business. After the complete disaster we have encountered, I honestly don’t know how they manage to sell any cars. Not to mention, last week we had a deal ready on a different vehicle only to be told it wouldn’t be ready for pickup at the time THEY SCHEDULED! Please avoid this dealership at all costs and just go somewhere else.
