I was aware that I was paying twice the price, of the car, but sometimes you have to do it that way. I got hit and my car was totaled. Discover added the price with the interest to my insurance, when they should have just submitted my principal to state Farm. So, they got paid three times for my car. It was like adding salt to my already bruised heart. I’m pretty sure that it was illegal for them to submit false claims

I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. Thanks for everything one pleased customer.

We got a 2006 gold Jeep Liberty renegade from guaranteed auto sales and they are a bad place to get a vehicle they don’t work on your vehicle is properly They give you a rental car and it hasn’t been serviced and it threw me and my boyfriend off the road in December of 2018 they like to harass you and they always think that the right and that they fixed everything when you continuously to have the same problems we took our jeep liberty to new Lebanon Ohio and had it looked at and we have the starter and the battery love that because guaranteed said that they replaced the starter and the battery which come to find out that they never replaced anything they just said they did So don’t go there unless you want your money stolen from you and they put you in a lemon Supposedly all their cars run really good and then two days later you start having problems and then they fix it they never do but they say they do and you have to have a special licensed mechanic to see if they did

DO NOT GO TO JAKE SWEENEY SMARTMART AT 7901 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45216 this is the worse dealership i have ever been to. 1. when my mother and i walked in no one greeted us 2. when i told the sales person i wanted to check out a car he did not bother to get up he just say back in the chair and asked about my credit and if i needed help with financing 3.he told me i should go to a buy here pay here lot because i did not have good credit 4. i told him i wanted to check out the car because i wanted to purchase it and he told me there is no use in falling in love with something you probably cant get and he told me i could look at it from the outside but he would not open the car i took offence to that i thought he was just joking about everything but he was not and was extremely rude i thought he was joking but he wouldn't even let me or my mother look at the car and just laughed. i do not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking to purchase a vehicle

I saw this SUV online which i was interested in, I live 500 miles a way I called the dealer and asked to see if there are any scratches or dents on the car and the overall condition of, both salesman replied with no dents or hardly any scratches, i asked if you can take a photo or 2 because the online images weren't clear, they replied everything is good no need for photos I doubled checked and no dent any where, so i took their word for it and took a flight to buy the SUV when i got there there was a dent by the gas opening, and couldn't back out of the sales because i have already put expenses into my traveling i took home, when i got home the trunk was muddy, dirty but the sales man said that they had it detailed, after few car washes more scratches started to appear because they had covered with wax and the wax washed off, its unfortunate the you try to believe people or give them a try to be honest and they screw you at the end so they can make a sale.

Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 and the car still has not been transferred into my name. Tags are expired so I can't drive it. They keep passing blame on to other people and are not calling me back. The lady answering the phone said I probably need to come in in person. I live an hour away and can't drive the car. Horrible experience.

My mother recently bought a 2003 VW Beetle from this dealership. The staff started off as friendly, but after the purchase was made, they found problems with the car as soon as they drove off the lot. There were at least two sensors that were problems and there was an entire belly plate missing, which led to them attempting to get it fixed. They proceeded to tell her that they wouldn't fix it because it "wasn't under warranty". The staff neglected to tell them that these problems existed. When she attempted to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager, Joe Gerycz, she was redirected multiple times to the wrong person. When she attempted to get paperwork on the vehicle or get things fixed on it, the staff was entirely unhelpful. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone I know.
