My husband and I went to Mullinex Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge Limited. We have been researching these vehicles for quite some time, and knew what kind of options we wanted on our vehicle. We did a test drive on a vehicle and were to talk a deal. We were trading in a Monte Carlo and asked for the cost of the vehicle with our trade in. The woman taking care of us got very snippy and told us she didn't have any idea, that she wasn't a sales person. (Then why was she taking care of us??) We asked to speak to someone who would give us a price. Her head sales manager (sorry don't know his name) came out. When we tried to talk a deal, we were going to pay cash, he became very loud and told us that no way was he interested in talking a deal anywhere near the price we wanted to pay. We showed him, on line, the very same vehicle at another dealer for a lower price. When we expressed our feelings of already having been there for an hour and a half, he told us "you have been waiting a year, what is the big deal about another hour and a half." My husband and I got up to leave and as we crossed the huge lobby he yelled, "Good bye Mr. Crabby." This is suppose to be professional conduct from a manager and sales person? Certainly not someone that I will ever do business with. Buyer beware if you are going to Mullinex Ford in Wickliffe.

There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.

The car was exactly as described, very high quality. They ofgered me a great unlimited miles service contract from Penn Warranty at a great price, so I dont have to worry about future repairs. Got a great vehicle at a great price and they were great to work with, however, the pictures in the post do not show any body damage on the vehicle and there was obvious damage to the passenger side rear door. Pretty sure it happened after they posted the ad as their lot is rather tight spacing wise. It also has a non functional A/C and he said I could get a used compressor for $100. Then in researching it, I will likely spend more than $1,000 getting it repaired. So great price up front but it is going to cost me in the end. Other than that it does drive well and has a strong engine.

I've worked with Charles at Segna to purchase two cars. I've been impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I have to admit, I've never had to negotiate a price with him because I work for a company that is given a special, non-negotiable price on Fords/Volvos. When I called him to ask what my discount price was for a Volvo he called me back within hours and gave me the correct price. Other dealers wouldn't give me a price over the phone or didn't know about the discount.

Cash Grab? Possibly. Rude for sure, customer service is a joke I suspect unless you spend thousands on maintenance. I expected better from a Voss dealership. Simple transaction. Vehicle towed in to get key cut. My wife picks up the vehicle a week later and the tire is completely flat. So much so that I had to call roadside assistance and was told that it would be a quote of whatever new tire costs would be. Unaccpetable. I speak to the general manager and he tells me that he is not responsible for the vehicle because it was not in their possession. Where was my vehicle the whole time? On his lot. Where were the keys? with his cashier. In what way is this not in their possession. My vehicle by his own admission did not come in with a flat tire but somehow left with a flat tire. And he proceeded to what if me and say what if it was the Tow driver? So vehicle gets dropped off, worked on and driven by his own technician, no flat tire. But it is possibly the tow driver's fault? His solution to fix is me paying a discounted rate for the tire. I know I am just one person and that it doesn't matter to them. But I will still pass on the experience. It's the principal in this matter. I could see if I was looking to short a bill but my car literally went in with one issue which i paid for in full and came out with a completely unrelated issue. And the fix was simple. Instead they wished to make it worse over basically $100. So me as a customer is worth less than $100 for tire $250 if you want to include labor. Thanks. There is a point where doing the right thing has to matter more than a little profit. Which compared to how much they make wouldn't be worth the effort.

I purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Passat CC with 128K miles and no warranty. During the next two weeks I added 2 quarts of oil and there were oil drippings on our garage floor and drive. I called Milo, one of the owners and the person who sold me the car. I explained the oil leak and low oil pressure problem. I expected a reply reminding me that my car had no warranty and such problems are my responsibility. Not so with this dealer. He told me to bring the car back immediately. When I asked if I could wait while they did whatever was needed, Milo responded, "No, but I'll give you a car to drive while we fix your car." Three days later my car was fixed and I expected a repair bill. I picked up my car, signed an agreement that certain repairs were completed and drove away. No charge. The owners of AutoLika know the cars they sell. They have the facilities to inspect, make necessary repairs, and service what they sell before the car goes on the lot.

He offered us the best deal upfront, without the typical back and forth game most dealerships play. His easygoing, honest, and trustworthy characteristics made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. On February 2nd, 2018, I purchased a 2006 Volvo s40 from Capital Motors, Canton Oh. I found it odd that the Volvo was one of two cars stored inside the garage while the rest were on the lot, but I didn't think much of it. The car seemed to check out, had low mileage, and drove nicely. However, in the 10-minute drive back to my building, I discovered the heat didn't work. An hour later, my windows were frosted from the inside. The car had most likely been kept inside Capital Motor's garage to keep it warm and to hide this major issue: I had been sold a car with a defective heater core-- a repair ranging from 500-1000 dollars. Homer had promised me through a speech of Texan pride and honesty that his mechanics checked it out and that he'd even put 100 miles on the car himself. I cannot believe this. During the hour of highway driving it took to reach a trust-worthy mechanic, I had to stop every 10 to 15 minutes because of how quickly the antifreeze drained from the broken core, or else risk overheating. Even worse, the car has failed to start several times already. Each of these issues are of a magnitude that make Homer's plea of ignorance unbelievable. If he and his employees had driven it this winter like they claimed, the problem would have been obvious. When I brought this dilemma to Homer, he refused accountability for selling me a lemon. He claimed he did me a favor by lowering the price when we were negotiating and said that he was "too broke" to pay the $600 dollars to replace the heating core. Homer did me no favors by selling me this headache. I have had it for two weeks and can't drive it without overheating and risk major engine damage. By the end of the month, I will have spent several hundred dollars in repairs, along with the significant amount left to pay off the rest of the financing. This is a case of either intention deception, or a businessman cutting corners and then refusing to own up to his mistake. Either way, this has been, without question, the worse purchase I have ever made. Homer and his guys were some of the nicest people I've met in a while, but niceness won't fix this nightmare. Will never be working with Capital Motors again.
