I always got straight answers to any questions, and everything I was told was a fact. Rallye Motors is Old school, which is a rare commodity in today's market of mega dealers.

Jackie walker would never let her daughter ride in the car I bought. When she told me about why its my passenger window isn't covered by warranty and that being the 3rd repair not covered by the amazing car warranty that was offered to us all I got from her was well it's a old car. Apparently only the driver side window is covered in the warranty so the safety of all other passengers even children in the back is meaningless.

This place is a complete scam house. Bought a car from them. It broke down within a couple of months. They refused to fix it. Even though it was supposed to be covered under the warranty now, they are expecting me to pay off the balance of the car. Complete criminals and if you read through their reviews it tells a pretty clear story - lots of broken down cars within the first couple of months which people are expected to pay for..

The only Buick service center around with later hours on Thursday. Highly recommend! Also, great customer service and facility!

Worst place ever! - rennae2011

Worst place ever!! The day after I bought my car it had a low tire, and that the least of my problems! It had a coolant leak about 2 months after getting it and they had to put a new engine in it, the day I picked it up it was low on coolant again! Now 5 months after having the car it has the same coolant leak back into the head gaskets. So now I have to drop it back off and get ANOTHER engine out it. During all of this mess I’ve tried soooo many times to get in contact with someone like a manager or someone higher up than a sales person and it still has yet to happen! I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone not even my enemy. Please say for money!’

I went to jd byrider for a car and due to my repo I was told I needed to wait 90 days and a 1000 down payment ...I waited out the 90 days and came back for them to say I need 2000 down ... I had a agreement with them and all they wanted to do is just take more money from me .... I talked to them multiple times and the said each time 1000 was good to go...they wasted mt time to drive all the way out there to once again be told no ..I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Genji Imports is nothing but a rip off bought a car from them my credit union mailed them to check play come out in Jack the price up on me do I have a motorcycle ride so I needed something to drive swap out a 2013 Dodge Charger from them it has a hundred fifteen thousand miles on it needs a timing chain needs struts and shocks needs tires and it's having trans trouble and they won't make it right I would not recommend buying a car from this company

Bought a car not even three weeks ago, already in the shop, first time for thermostat. Now it’s giving the same thermostat code, and the transmission is out (no reverse). Will never buy again or recommend this place. Now I have no car and have to figure out how to get to work. THANKS BYRIDER. Joe & Ola were awesome!!!!! Took longer than expected but it was worth it!!! Car have a few minor details that was not brought to my attention but what use car doesn't. However, I would have preferred if Ola was a little more honest about the car.
