Five stars isn’t enough. I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester from The Cascade Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Mark was fantastic to work with. I probably kept him on his toes with all of my questions—and more than a little sarcastic texting—but he took it all in stride and always responded professionally and promptly. The Forester was aggressively priced, so I felt I had to aggressively shop. After comparing it with just about every similar Forester within a reasonable distance, I kept coming back to Cascade. In the end, it was the right choice. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. The vehicle was exactly as represented, the paperwork was smooth, and everyone treated us with respect throughout the process.

Germain Subaru of Columbus gets 5 stars from me! Justin, the sales associate, went with me on my test drive,(I didn't know my way around Columbus), and he made me feel extremely comfortable. I test drove Foresters on 5 different lots that day and Justin was the only one that answered all my questions and even gave me information about things I hadn't even thought about asking. He was the only sales rep that put up the hood for me to check out the motor. Car buying can be extremely stressful, especially for a woman, but Justin and Larry made the whole ordeal painless! I've already recommended Germain Subaru of Columbus to two of my friends and when or if I need another Subaru I will definitely go back to Germain! Teresa Folk

I came into Byers Subaru to have a warranty issue resolved with my car purchased from Carvana. They made working with the warranty company so much more pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good working order. The main issue was bluetooth/radio, and they even helped me find the proper cord to make sure the issue was completely resolved before I had to move out of town. I can't thank Sean and the team at Byers Subaru enough.

Very friendly and helpful. . Low pressure sales, very accommodating, reasonable pricing new & trade. I Made an apt with one sales person who was busy with another couple purchasing the car I came to test drive so they switched to a trim up. That would be my only complaint. I probably would have been just as happy with the lower trim but I like the car I purchased.

He sold me my 2026 Outback with no pressure, and chise the right model I was looking for. The owner and manager both introduced themselves and welcomed me to the Subaru family. I was also taught how to set up and use all the features of my new ride by Michael Rhodes who was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. (Happy Birthday wishes Michael). I visited other Subaru dealerships closer to my home but felt comfortable because of the wonderful treatment I experienced at the Beechmont location. Buy here with total confidence...

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!

The sales lady, Crystal Valentine was great. She knew every detail about the different models of the outback and answered every one of my questions about the vehicles and dealership. She showed me 5 different vehicles and pointed out the differences in each vehicle. She also stayed pass closing time in order for me to purchase the vehicle, she went above and beyond for me to purchase my new and outstanding outback. Financing was quick and easy, which normally takes hours at a dealership.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Overall EXCELLENT buying experience. From initial greeting to final delivery of our 2025 Subaru Forester things could not have been handled more personably or professionally. We choose Wagner Subaru due to the proximity to our home in Fairborn as well as my personal desire to deal with a dealer dedicated to a single manufacturer’s brand. Ultimately Wagner Subaru was a terrific choice. We learned our salesperson, Sam, was relatively new to Wagner but she great to work with, answering all of our questions, showing us numerous models and making our buying decision one that we were comfortable and confident with.
