Joe Streuwing was my customer service representative and he was excellent! Very attentive to my needs regarding my issues with my new Mercedes ( which I LOVE) . He was right on with the expected time to retrieve my vehicle, he kept me updated on the progress of the repair and was courteous the entire experience. Upon receipt of my vehicle, it was clean and the entire service team treated me courteously.
