They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring - Junk
They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring Edition. Then replaced it with a the wrong Radio/Navagation system. Then I had to drive around with the radio/Navagation systems squeaking every bump and dip in the road. Then I took the Vehicle in last month for them to tighten up the radio and I had the front end jerking all over the place. They tightened the radio and said they didn't hear any squeaks. They could not find anything wrong with my front end. I had to take the car to Firestone and they told me the lane assist was on because the certified xxxxxxat Adventure Subaru couldn't find anything wrong with my 2018 touring Outback. I finally took the Vehicle to another dealership to found out my stabilizers ends were bad and at 46000 miles the struts were shot. I asked them to test drive my Vehicle when I took it in for the front end jerking all over the road. All they did was put the Vehicle on a alignment machine and said every thing looks good here. Then my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. I went over there on Friday of that week and the service guy said sorry I did not get a chance to call you that my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. These people are dishonest and they did not treat my Outback like they're Vehicle. I called them to complain, I emailed them to complain then I finally went over there to talk to them about my Touring Outback they asked me to leave. The owner was too embarrassed to come out and talk to me. So I left and was home 40 minutes and the Sheriff showed up at my door wanting to know what was wrong. I told them my Horror story with Adventure Subaru and they said they know how dealers can be. I reported them to the BBB and Subaru of America. I can't believe they called the Sheriff on me. I should of called the Sheriff when they blew up my Radio/Navagation.
