Aaren took the time to understand the problem I was experiencing with my 2000 Corvette. The problem was fixed by your dealership consistent in a timely and reasonable manner. After taking my Vette home, I discovered something else broken and believed the problem was caused by your dealership. Aaren convinced me otherwise and did a good job of helping me solve the new issue. I find him to be a honest person who cares about his customer, employer and fellow employees. He's a keeper!

I have had my vehicle serviced many times at jay Buick .I'm not impressed by there technicians except allen who gets it right.the other technicians need better training or hire more compantent ones.the reason I still give them a 5 star rating is there service writers Rick and John they make my experience amazing.Where Jay Buick lacks they make up for it ten fold.I will not deal with anybody else they are very informative and really care about the customer.if it wasn't for them I would take my bussiness elsewhere they are the reason I'm thinking of getting my next vehicle from Jay Buick.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. THEY GOT MY CAR IN IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS AND GOT IT BACK UP AND RUNNING. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND CAUSE THEY FIXED STUFF THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WAS WRONG AND IT WAS ALL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND MADE SURE IT WAS SAFE FOR ME TO DRIVE.
