DANNY made my experience here great!!! My car was going to be in the shop for a few days and I needed a temporary vehicle. All of Ford's happened to be out, so Danny spent a good 20+ minutes on the phone calling all around trying to find me a vehicle I could drive for a few days at a good price. He went absolutely above and beyond. In the end, Ford got one of their own returned and I got to drive it for free. Also, I see another comment here from someone upset that Ford didn't fill their tires with air. All you have to do is ask. I did, and they took care of all of that free of charge for me. They also did very nice cleaning and detailing that I didn't even ask for (and of course was not charged for). I won't go anywhere else for my car maintenance.

We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years but it was their service today that was exceptional. Our 2015 CR V would not start and AAA had been out earlier in the week and said the battery was fine, though after charging it it started. AAA was wrong. I called the dealer when it wouldn't start again and Kevin in service told me he could have one of his guys out to my house, at no charge, in 45 minutes. On a Saturday morning with no arrangements made in advance. Wow! And sure enough, 45 minutes later a very nice, polite young man showed up with a new battery and had it installed and running in 20 minutes. Now the car runs and I never left home. Who gives that kind of service on a weekend with no appointment? No one I know. They have truly earned my respect and admiration.

I had a problem with my new car, Service said Not a problem bring it in. Couldn't be more helpful, car could not be fixed straight away so they arranged for a replacement car until mine was fixed. Brought my Lexus RC F sport in for service, got a cv boot clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Found the issue with my squealing brakes and solved the issue as well as fixing my water pump… and oil change and alignment…in less than a day! My car didn’t drive this nice even off of the lot on purchase day. I will be returning for all of my future services to classic Lexus! Amazing service

I have had some issues with my car and they were courteous, professional. They gave me a loaner car and fixed problem quickly. No other dealer has met this standard and has made a problem with my car a small issue. I will never go anywhere else. I will say that Skip in service is a well polished professional and really cares about his customers along with his staff.
