My 20 year old daughter saved her money and purchased a brand new 2019 Compass. Two weeks later it lost power on the freeway on her way back to CSU. It’s happened 6 times in 12 months. NO COOPERATION from the dealership because they can’t detect a code. 29,000.00$ LEMON Everytime she takes it or gets it towed in she gets treated rudely by Service and the Service Manager. She transferred to Texas but due to her vehicle being unsafe she couldn’t take it with her.

The service department will take advantage of you. They lied to me in saying that I need a $1200 repair on my van (I even purchased the 95 van new from them). The local car shop repaired it for $180. Outright lies from two or more employees in a single visit. A real turn off. Do not let your mother or sisters in there. They will eat them up with needless work and charge them $85+/per hour as the cha-ching them. Worse experience in a car dealer service since the 1980's.

This was my first visit for service at Kelly, I have been going to the other BMW WANT dealer on the other side of town. (Good riddance). I needed an oil change and suspected my 2016 with 143k needed a front wheel bearing replaced. Zac was very good at listening to my concern, and indeed the wheel bearing was the issue creating a humming noise. Zac was good at keeping me informed and the work was completed on time and the checkout was quick. Kelly is my new place for service.

I have purchased many used cars from Kempthorn with Denny. Never disappointed. I picked my Mercedes up today from the Body Shop. The shop and Bob did a great job! You cannot tell anyone hit my car! It was clean as when I first bought it. I tell all of my friends that are looking for a car, service and now body work to go to Kempthorn. Terry and Sonya Freeman
