Horrible customer service from day 1. No one seems to know what they are doing. They lied several times and gave us the run around. The mechanic never even checked out the car before giving an estimate. Abby in service does not know how to deal with customers nicely. We had to wait forever for anyone to direct our call. They constantly redirected our call several times once we were actually able to speak with someone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. It is not worth dealing with this company!!!! I can go on and on about how nasty they are.

John from service is unprofessional and rude in the extreme. Sighing, grunting, talking to me like I am stupid because I am a woman. Then ultimately hanging up on me. I will be taking my car elsewhere to determine if you people screwed up my jeep when you so called “ fixed” the computer recall. Depending on the results you will be hearing from my attorney. I have never had an experience this bad, and I don’t appreciate being looped into a stereotype. My father was a mechanic; and I am NOT an idiot. Go elsewhere people. Because the service advisor here is a complete xxxxxxx.

We drove down from Toledo to go to a concert. We were meeting friends for lunch, so we planned to get off at the exit where this dealership is located. When I signaled to exit, the check engine light came on, and the shift indicator "D" started flashing. We pulled right into Joe Morgan Honda. Laura met us when we walked in at 11:00 (service closes at noon on Saturdays), and we explained our plight. Long story short, there was someone there to diagnose it, they happened to have the part, and it was ready for us after we had lunch with our friends. Everyone was so nice, and it was such a relief not to have to deal with a broken down vehicle 2 1/2 hours from home. HUGELY recommend them!!!

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

I have owned my Prius for about 2 1/2 years, and I have never been disappointed with the service department in all that time. A service appointment is usually available the week that I phone for one. The service is prompt and efficient. I am truly delighted that routine service now includes a car wash! I would never take my car anywhere else for service!
