Ken Ganley Lincoln in Middleburg Heights is the only place I would do business with for the Lincoln brand in the Greater Cleveland Area. I was initially trying to buy my first Lincoln (had been a loyal customer to another brand for about a quarter of a century) from another dealer closer to my home in Westlake. The other dealer tried to take advantage of me. I am widow and feel I was treated unfairly and with extreme unprofessionalism. When the other dealer lied to me and reneged on their offer, coming down on their trade in offer by nearly 10K, I walked away from a deal I had shook on and written a check for, and headed to Ken Ganley Lincoln. Mike Mays worked with me at my pace (quick) to make me a fair deal for the car I wanted. He also explained everything to me about my new car. A few months later, I worked with Fred at KG who purchased my other car from me and made me a fair offer that far exceeded what their competitor offered me. I recently had my new car serviced (oil change and tire rotation and looked ar one other issue I was having) at KG and they did an excellent job and got it done quickly, which is the most important thing for me (and getting my car cleaned too while it is being serviced). Thank you KG. Keep up the excellent customer service and making great cars. I would like to see you bring back the color I wanted to buy that you were out of, ceramic pearl, with a perfect soft touch ebony interior. Although I have come to really love my harbor gray exterior with a black interior, and more importantly, I like the way I am treated at Ken Ganley Lincoln.

I have literally nothing really good to say about the service department. I'm so flippin ticked. I took my truck in for a leak at the back window and third light. After waiting a month to get in. Was told (after repairs) that the problem should be fixed. Our leak guy found the problem and fixed it. Guess what!!!! He didn't. In fact he made it worse. Or should I say the service technician who made the actual repairs. Now as of today 1/18/25 my entire roof and backseat is drenched. Worse than before. My truck is a 2020 ram 1500. That keeps flooding and nobody is doing any real repairs. They do not offer rental cars, they can take you to enterprise to spend even more money. As if this isn't already inconvenient enough. These pictures are from today 1/18/25. After repairs have been made.
