(UPDATE) I went on 4/17/25 at 10:30am to get an oil change and tire rotation that I pre paid for I also requested my calipers to be inspected. I was told the job was done but later that evening I noticed my tires didn’t get rotated, I know this because my front tires had brake dust on the rims while my rear rims did not I can also tell by the PSI sensors because i had a specific amount of air in the front driver side tire 2IBS less then the others to be exact and when I checked the PSI same weight in the same spots. Not to mention I have a nail in my rear passenger tire that I forgot to mention that I wanted to ask them to plug because I also paid for the tire warranty that would require them to either plug the tire or replace it if it’s not able to be plugged and guess what? same nail in the same tire on the same spot! I don’t know if the technician simply let it slip his/her mind or just didn’t do it because of how busy they were but it’s a service that I paid for that didn’t get done someone up there at Ganley can review their cameras and tell that I am telling the truth. All I know is I am fed up with that place and the dishonesty! (I just feel like they don’t care about the customer, from start to finish all they are worried about is maximizing their profits on your dollar. When I went to purchase a car from them I told them I have $10,000 to put down and I really wanted to get a traverse or a trailblazer but after talking to the sales rep I had to settle on a Cruze because he made it seem like I couldn’t get anything else which I found out later wasn’t the case. They will try to force a bunch of unnecessary warranties on you and every time you go in there you have to remind them about the warranties otherwise they will try to charge you. For example I paid for many warranties that will cover my car until 2027 I even pre paid for oil changes that will cover me until 2027 but every time I go they try to charge me and then I have to say hey no that’s wrong I’ve already paid and every time their response is “oh you did but you only have two oil changes left” every time I go they tell me I only have two left so I just ignore it and say yeah ok because I know what I got. Everything is overpriced the last time I went in there I was told I needed brake pads and it would cost me close to $800 for just the front. So I’m just going to do it myself it’s just really disappointing how some people/businesses are but hey I bet their kids/family are sleeping good….)
