Customer service was great from the original scheduling appointment, check in, to picking up my Vehicle. Friendly, polite, from the beginning to the end, when I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for overdue/needed service on June 30, 2022.
Full service/inspection was done. I was not "pushed" into services not needed on my Jeep. Such as, I asked about my Brakes. Inspection was done, no service needed/required. Saved me money on something not needed at this time!
When it came time for me to pick up my Jeep, I was running late. Spoke with Jason, my service advisor. Jason stayed past closing approx 10 minutes to sign me out, so I would not have to leave my, " ready to be picked up" Jeep overnight, and return the next day.
This was GREATLY appreciated!! Just this little gesture was to me part of the overall customer service that I received from Jason and the Service Department!
