I'm guessing the reviewer named Tagrid was just having a bad day, because Stacey Narovec has helped me multiple times and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. She is unfailingly friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. For example, I had an unexpected electrical problem this morning when the service department was swamped. Despite that, Stacey found a way to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttle me to work amazingly fast. I had the car back in a few hours. It's hard to imagine any better service than that! I'd give Stacey SIX stars if I could. :) Gary W.

Unfortunately, I got a flat tire today. I called Tyler Hills at Mercedes and without any delay, he said to come right in and he would check it out. Because I was heading home to get my kids off of the bus, and then on to their respective sports, he told me to take a loaner and he would take it from there. I was in and out in 14 minutes… that has to be a record of some sort. Tyler Hills also knew that I had to travel the next day, and while I could have easily used the courtesy car to get to the airport, he knew my mind would be at ease if it were my own and that this was taken care of.. my tire was fixed in under two hours and I was back to normal as if it never happened. Tyler Hills always values my time, ensures my questions are answered, and my priorities are met. I never feel like a number, but rather the loyal customer that I am. Because of Tyler Hills, and the service and hospitality across the entire Mercedes Team, I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve had two services done now and worked with Julianna both times. She is professional, kind and understanding. The concierge service that is available is amazing. The drivers have all been so kind and courteous. I was in an Audi before this, and would 100% say the service and this beautiful car have made me a lifelong customer!

The service department and parts counter, both rude and arrogant, and unable to assist with simple questions, as if they can not be bothered, I was the only person their one afternoon, no lines so no excuse for xxxx poor service. As I walked out in disgust another client waiting for his car, told me next time buy a TOYOTA they have great dealerships and even better customer service......Live and Learn

Mohamed at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby is the best car salesman ever! This was my first time going thru the car buying process on my own and he answered all of my questions willingly and explained every detail to me to my understanding. Mohamed helped me find a vehicle that included each and every feature I wanted in my dream car. The car had to be sent to Ohio from another state and he made that happen without a hassle. He even connected me with the financial department, when at first I was reluctant to speak with them, to add necessary warranty packages to my purchases to ensure that my new vehicle is covered from front to back, inside and out. When I arrived to purchase my car Mohamed set up a grand reveal. The car had a red bow on it which I requested, but he made it even more special by setting up a special congratulations sign with my name on, a cake because it was my birthday (by the way the cake was AMAZING), and balloons!. This made me feel so special. Mohamed said he would do anything to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and he did just that!
