Mostly Satisfied..8 out of 10 times .This is the 2nd brand new Mazda that I've purchased here.. I mostly use their service department for years, Mazda claims we the consumer should always use their battery, their brakes and etc...The problem is the price is higher than other mechanic that I have used . And was told the car runs much better if done so. . Decide for yourself is my motto on certain things. I absolutly LOVE my Mazda and reccomend this brand if in conversation "WHAT DO YOU DRIVE"..I first purchased a mazda 3 FUN car, and then MAZDA 5..STILL HAPPY

Dealing with the car dealership tends to go both ways, but at the end of the day having someone make you feel as though your concerns are their own demonstrates true customer service!

I have purchased many used cars from Kempthorn with Denny. Never disappointed. I picked my Mercedes up today from the Body Shop. The shop and Bob did a great job! You cannot tell anyone hit my car! Tony was polite and helpful. He was the first person I came in contact with at Kings Mazda. He answered my questions. Explained the special Kings Mazda had on Oil Changes which I took advantage of. I appreciated the video shared with me that the tech took of himself servicing my Mazda CX-30. Thank you for your professionalism Tony! With that said each person yesterday I came in contact with was very helpful and kind. Excellent Service!!

My salesman was Bill Anton. Really nice man and very knowledgeable about the cars. He spent a lot of time with showing me how everything works in my new car. He also said come in any time if you have questions. I thought that was nice. Very nice Dealership.

Great Service Again!! - Pammic37

I bought a car about 10 months ago. Did my 1st oil change somewhere else. I wanted to bring it to Mazda of Wooster though for the 2nd one because they go over your car with a fine tooth comb and will tell you if something is wrong. Ended up having problems with the tie rods. They fixed them and my car handles great now. What a difference. And they gave me a brand new car as a loaner for 3 days at no charge. Just can't say enough nice stuff about this dealership. Melanie in service is AWESOME!!

Thanks to express service advisor Jason Josephites my oil WASN'T overfilled for the first time in many oil changes at Serra. The first advisor actually tried to convince me that it's not a problem to overfill it! I said I don't want it overfilled, as I know this is not a good thing. Thankfully I was passed off to Jason who actually recognized the problems with overfill, and then took the initiative to only add 3.5 qts instead of the recommended 3.7 (to account for residual oil in the head that takes time to drain off) and after I let the car sit for a day and checking it cold, it was right on the money! First time EVER!!! Great job Jason, a very resourceful solution that should be implemented across all your express service departments! This would be better for your customers' cars and save around 5% in oil costs. Thanks Jason!

You can spend less if you need to and you can waste money getting unnecessary work done at a great price too. These guys do what is required to make your car last a long time at a fair price. Free car wash too. I always enjoy my visit. Can't wait for the expansion.
