OVER SELL IN THE BEGINNING AND UNDER DELIVER AFTER ON SERVIC - Redgossamer36
So it’s been almost 4 days since I took my 3 year old 2017 Mini Cooper in to #MAGMINIOFDUBLIN that Quit running on Me in the middle of the busiest intersection on the north side.. THE service department Manager HEATHER told me Friday VIA A TEXT MESSAGE, that they found the fuel module was malfunctioning and had to order a part. I ASK FOR A LOANER CAR SHE SAID THEY HAD NONE AVAILABLE I said ok how long will this all take? Monday at the latest.. today’s Monday, part didn’t come in go figure. So again TODAY I ask if they were going to get me a loaner, SHE AGAIN SAID THEY HAD NONE AVAILABLE.. MIND YOU THEY NEVER OFFERED ME ANY THING ELSE THAN WHAT YOU HAVE READ SO FAR.. NO APOLOGIES FOR NOT HAVING TO BE WITHOUT MY CAR I AM STILL LEASING AND PAYING FOR, NO LOANER CAR WHICH THEY USE AS A PLOY TO SELL CARS, NOTHING.. NOTHING BUT RUDENESS AND ATTITUDE WHEN I GOT UPSET AT THE FACT THEY WERE DOING NOTHING FOR ME CUSTOMER SERVICE WISE.. WELL I KNOW BETTER AND THERE IS PLENTY MORE SHE COUKD OFFER BUT JUST DIDN'T WANT To for what ever reason..
SO I CALL THE SALESMAN DAVID SEITZ WHO SOLD ME THE CAR TO BEGIN WITH. WHO BECAME INFURIATED WITH ME WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT HIS SERVICE MANAGER SAID ABOUT THEM SAYING WHAT EVER THEY COULD TO MAKE A SALE.. HE GOT PISSED AT ME? This little pip squeak starts to go off on me and I BLOW A GASKET AND LET THIS NOT EVEN WET BEHIND THE EARS YET TWINK HAVE IT! AND THE LITTLE xxxxER WONDERED WHY I DIDN’TGIVE HIM ALL HIGH MARKS ON HIS SURVEY REVIEW AFTER HE SOLD ME ON THE CAR ORIGINALLY..Really?!.. THIS IS WHY DIP xxxx! And this is why I am NEVER LEASING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM #MAGMINIOFDUBLIN EVER AGAIN!
