Estimator was courteous and met me as soon as I arrived at their location. Process was explained on how they would handle the Ins claim and have the rental car at their place when I drop the car off. Car was done in a week and updates were made in a timely basis as the car was being repaired. Repair work was flawless and there no signs that the car was even repaired.

Purchased my RC F 5 years ago from Christian at Metro Lexus, Cleveland. Service over the past 5 years mostly was directed by Jeffrey. Jeffrey was always on top of what was needed and kept me informed. If purchasing, look-up Christian and for service insist on Jeffrey. Lexus is a great car too. My service was routine stuff and 1 flat tire, nothing really wrong with the car.

Shelly went above and beyond the call after closing time to arrange transportation for me while my vehicle was being serviced. If it wasn’t for her I would have missed my son’s game and first touchdown. She is there before and after the sale and I’m grateful for the her kindness!

Brought my Lexus RC F sport in for service, got a cv boot clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Found the issue with my squealing brakes and solved the issue as well as fixing my water pump… and oil change and alignment…in less than a day! My car didn’t drive this nice even off of the lot on purchase day. I will be returning for all of my future services to classic Lexus! Amazing service

I took my car in because the glove box would not latch. Patrick had hoped it would be an easy fix. Unfortunately, we had to order a part and because it was Friday, it would be in the shop over the weekend. HE HAD ME IN AND OUT WITH A LOANER CAR IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Patrick contacted me on Monday when the car was ready. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up and I was on y way in 10 minutes. Patrick and the service department crew are excellent. Highly recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin service department.

Best car service I've ever experienced: always personable, fast, professional people. Nice to be expected and greeted by name! My husband bought a "spa day" for my car as a birthday gift for me. I hurt my back and was unable to drive up to pick it up during business hours. I called to ask if we could pick it up after-hours. Next thing I know, our service manager David calls me and says he's arranged to have it delivered to me and the loaner collected! A really nice guy named Tom Black brought my clean-as-brand-new car all the way down here, with a smile and kind words of sympathy. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and understanding. Thank you all so much!
