They simply don’t care at all about the customer. Every time you call them, you get voice mail and they never call you back. They should call their service department the customer neglect department as they provide absolutely no inkling of any service whatsoever. I cannot convey harshly enough how much this dealer just doesn’t care one iota about the customer experience.

MY NEW VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN TWICE FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND BOTH TIMES I WAS BEING CHARGED AND TOLD THESE ISSUES WERE NOT WARRANTY ISSUES!! AGAIN, I HAVEN'T HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 9 MONTHS!!!!!! I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.
